After searching here and there finally i have found a Chinese website with some support for One Dual SIM 802d.

indian handsets are based on c_dwg ... so its compatible with it ...
yes its not the latest version ... but latest version in RUU availablity ...
So if I want to go back to stock then I have to flash stock recovery then lock the bootloader then flash the ruu? Correct?

why S-OFF ?? I just have to flash the stock recovery and then lock the bootloader back, then flash the ROM mentioned here.....Am I doing incorrect steps??

if is the same version of OS you are ok , if you want to downgrade like to be factory stock must be s-off

i have 4.2.2 out of box and software version is 2.23.720.1 is it possible now tp use this rom to return to stock ? or I have to wait for a new ruu for indian version with cid__038 (india)

this is 2.17 ruu, i belive you can't use it but you can try, it will give error.
Soul ROM V11.0 link is here, it works great with 802d Indian version of Dual SIM

This does not work with Indian 802d models, infact if you apply, it will brick the device.

No official stock rom available for moto e4 and e4 plus mediatek variant still. official stock roms are only available for moto e4 and plus qualcomm variant. only a mediatek variant user can help you.

I managed to restore to (almost) the original stock by using the instructions etc on
