Thanks I don't mind rooting, but I can't seem to find anyway to root it, is there any instructions you can share?
There are few instructions but nothing specific for J320A, and without any 3rd party roms, rooting enough would not be enough to add more languages, right?

It's a variant of J3 2016, known as Galaxy Express Prime, released by AT&T. It's a single SIM model running Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 / ARM Cortex-A53, whereas others run Spreadtrum SC9830A.

According to this website, there are 7 variants of J3.

Hi folks,
I bought a Galaxy Note 3 from SK Telecom (Korea), model number SM-N900S. I figured out how to change the language to English, but I'm a little uneasy about the ungodly number of pre-installed apps and services on there. I can't be sure that the thing isn't spying on me when there is a "Remote Device Management" app that can't be turned off (!!)
Can I flash it with a US ROM, or does it have to be a SKT ROM? If US ROM is OK, which model for the firmware should I be looking at?
Thanks!

You can't. You can only use ROMs built for N900S (SK Telecom) and N900K (Korea Telecom).

Ok, thanks. Can I do a custom ROM (like the "Galaxy S5 Stock ROM v20.0" that was just released even though it says "N9005")?

You can't. Only ROMs for S/K variants work.

I actually had luck by replacing the boot.img in the S5 rom with a SKT boot.img from the latest stock rom. Is there any disadvantage to this method?
i like MOTO
u can.
yep u can
juz replace boot.img or flash custom kernel port for note 3 Korea.
I use 9005 custom rom for note 3 900S normally.

OK great. That's what worked for me, I can't understand why it took 3 days of searching to find that answer!
Typing this from my N900S with a custom S5 rom!
Hello!
I currently use Tab4 7.0 LTE (SM-T235), bought from Germany having 1.4 Ghz CPU.
I noticed that the Tab4 8.0 LTE (SM-T335) has the exact same hardware configurations as the SM-T235 except for the display size. Is it possible that the stock samsung ROM for SM-T335 will be supported by the SM-T235 as the hardware config are same? I tried to study a bit about kernels, but haven't found anything on how to know if a kernel supports a particular device. The SM-T335 has 5.1.1. official rom but the SM-T235 hasn't. If there is any possibility to port the SM-T335 stock ROM to SM-T235 device, it'd be very helpful.
Thanks in advance

No. Roms for the SM-T335 will not work on the SM-T235. If you want lollipop on your tablet, I believe this cyanogenmod 12.1 rom is your only option

Hey good timing, Samsung just released a 5.1.1 update for the SM-T235, firmware file linked to here. The region code is NEE (Baltic Countries) so if you're from a different part of the world and still want to try it, just do a factory reset first before flashing in Odin
Hello all,
I couldn't find any forums for the Tab A series so I thought I would ask here if anyone has any knowledge of rooting the Tab A series. Are they too new, are they too locked down? I'm thinking of getting one, but I want to know first whether I can root it. I couldn't find any youtube videos either.
Thanks,
Eric

The Tab A doesn't have its own entire forum, but there is a thread dedicated to rooting the different variants in the series. Sorry if this overlaps with repey6's answer:

Can someone tell me the difference between Samsung G361H and G361F.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime SM-G361F and I wonder if I can install a costom rom made for SM-G361H.
If not I'd like to know why.
Thank You!

The difference between the two phone models (in my knowledge) is that they are two different models of the same 'branch' of phones.

I'm afraid that's not possible. You should NEVER EVER install firmwares designed for a different phone. It could lead to a simple soft brick or a hardware misconfiguration that could render the phone broken at a hardware level.
If not I'd like to know why.

They are two different models of the same branch of phone, so no.
Unfortunately, the Core Prime SM-G361F is one of those phones that a) nobody particularly wants to write ROMs or recoverys (with a few exceptions) for because it's so hard and b) most people have the much better and somewhat easier to write roms for, SM-G360H
Usually in Samsung devices the model number followed by a H is the 3G model and the one followed by a F is the 4G LTE model
so the main difference is that so SM-G361H is the 3G model and SM-G361F is LTE version of the same device. But yet they carry different chipsets.
So if you try to flash 361h roms to 361f or the other way you'll get a flash failure or a bricked device.
Can i upgrade my coreprime
SM-G361H to marshmellow 6.1
I have the exact problem thx @MelonChickens
