Hello, Im using a LG L5 and I tried to use the Jonas Cardoso's 6.0.1 Rom but unfortunatelly when I try to flash the gapps it tells me that I have no suficient system partition size or something like that.
My question is, was anybody able to isntall another gapps on that rom? If yes tell me which pls.
My second question is how can I Re-partition my system in order to install that gapps.

Mate I downloaded the pico version and when I try to flash it it says that I dont have enough system partion size
The way I did it was by simply removing some unnecessary replaceable system apps (like Google Keyboard, browser...) and then installing Jonas Cardoso's Gapps once I have enough space. Due to a bug you are not able to connect to Google servers though.

Sorry my mistake, u need to download Jonas' GApps, not OpenGApps...

If i flash that one I cant even get ou of the Setup Wizard because it tells me that it wasn't able to connect to google server or something like that

right now is not possible to put android on phone memory(NAND)
and yes it can be safe if it's made by developer/s who has done that before(see HD2)
and by the way..i can't see the sense to ask these questions because our developers didn't even finish porting Android to run on SD card...but if you can make Android to run on NAND go for it!

oh ryt ok thanks.
i know nuthing realy about porting it over anyway. just managed to get the wifi working, but then when i changed a file so the sd card i got an error message after booting what file do you use?

I found a thread related to this rom which had long since been neglected. Here I post a port of OPPO Color OS version 2.
It is based on android 4.2.2. I know it is pretty dated , but the user interface looks the best amongst all the roms I've tried till now.
No flaw that I've found till now, though I have been using it for a few days.I have installed it as a secondary rom with @Olivier's Multirom port for Xperia Z (mine is c6603)

1.Just flash as a normal ZIP
2.Perform a full Reboot.
3.Flash Gapps for JB.

If you are trying to download from your phone then you need to have Mega app installed and a n account to download. For pc, you can download without any problems.
It should work for LB too. I dont have one so could not test. You need to extract the boot.img from the zip and fastboot flash from pc though in that case.

Well @billamin
You can't use fastboot and flash the boot.img on a locked bl, you need for sure an unlocked bl for that !

Shouldnt have commented on Locked bootloader....my bad..first thing i did after getting the phone was unlocking it..anyway one can try the usual way for locked bootloaders, whatever it may be..

I have the bootloader unlocked too, but I think it must flash a stripped kernel after flashing the rom.

I think this rom based on CM 10.1 Android 4.2.2.. Yes its is. So it will not work in Locked Bootloader. U need a unlocked bootloader.. I think i am right. May b

yes it has italian language and the usual other languages....it boots up in chinese..then you have to open language and input settings to change the language...so you have to navigate by looking at icons till you change the language..
Chinese popups do come at time to time, but I have removed most of the system chinese apps without any issues.
If anyone is concerned just try it with multirom as a secondary rom..thats what i have been doing..chances of bricking becomes next to nil this way

I've successfully installed it as 3rd rom.
Looks nice! Although I also removed almost every Chinese app except theme engine and some small other things.

I just installed the rom and I must say it really good, I have not found bugs apart from some slowdown with some app like watchapps and the stock browser, and I wanted to know if possibbile change the navbar with a 36dpi or 48dpi? Because with this and really uncomfortable and small.

if you want another you have to search about market enabler, if it still exists. google regional lock makes your problem but it's interesting you are in the italy not turkey. market enabler changes your region such as usa or which you want.
Hi people, I have a little problem flashing gapps on my phone:
I flashed RR 5.7.1 on my Redmi2 wt88047, it´s supose that open_gapps-arm-6.0-stock works, but it doesn´t. An error is show on my custom recovery TWRP every time I tried.

Hey man, it finally doesn´t work. The flash was good, but after rebooting there was some problems loading google play services and general configurations on the phone. So I must to restore from a backup. I will try with nano version. If you have another advice, please tell me.

you need to be on twrp 3.0.2.0 official one tested and working user did flash

Then flash SU, Gapps and boot into system or I need do few more things? Like I read something about firmware etc. Can you please write what exactly? I would like to test Hydrogen. Even I'm not sure I will use it for days because of lack of languages :/

Wat is the magisk file for? Is the updater zip still required. Too many files floating around hence the multiple doubts apologies for this.
