If you own the international s7/s7 edge, and was able to install samsung pay on the united arab emirate variant, than be sure not to update the app to 2.1.04 or .03. It will not work on the UAE firmware. Stick to the older version until someone figure out what had happen.

do you have the UAE firmware? When you try to use it, you will not be able to activate the app with the pin or fingerprint sensor. I updated the app through the app itself, and there was no problem. But when I tried to pay for something using my pin, the keypad will not open. I then tried installing the latest available APK, but I only get a server error message when setting up my account. I eventually had to reset my phone and reinstall the older SP APK and SPF APK to get it back. I am currently using 2.0.36 and 2.3.03 respectively. They work just fine.

You can delete the app and then reinstall to see if that will work. If not, you may have to do what I did. I had to eventually factory reset and do a clean install. After that, I had no issue with the setup process, except for one server error message. But I just kept went back and hit the start button again.

doing that won't trip knox, but probably you will need some vpn service to get things rolling

I have same problem, cannot use my Gear S3 now, funny is that S health works at non Samsung rooted devices :/
Some say to uninstall s health and install a previous version.. to open it and set it up and then to update the app
Check your knox. Its probably 0x1.
Knox is tripped ofc after root, i tried to unistall app but i cannot get it unistall, tried app from play store and link2sd to unistall it but it still there so if i try to flash older version i get error saying that file is corrupted.
Flashing official ROM using Odin does not trigger Knox (at least it shouldn't). I have the same problem after flashing official 7.0 ROM and my Knox Counter is NOT triggered (it is 0x0000).
I cannot uninstall or downgrade S Health since it's a "default app".
Any workarounds?

If knox is triggered then:
- make a root
- remove S health with Titanium Backup
- install older version S health before version 5
- launch app, sync account and then update to new version of S health
Working, tested one hour ago, i had this problem after flashing and rooting 7.0 stock rom.

I had to try three versions. Two kept saying they were corrupt when trying to install. I managed to install the third but, when I try to sync, I keep being told the server is temporarily offline. I suppose that may be true but I doubt it.
And now whenever I try to open the app, it freezes and the only way to open it is to clear the data in the app settings.
So I think it's back to Marshmallow for me for now. I need S Health for my Gear S3.

Have you checked if it's tripped or are you just guessing? Are you on your phones official firmware or did you flash different firmware in Odin?
I think it's not compatible with N.
I flashed MM after trying RR, and then it worked just fine. Strange though, Samsung should be able to get their apps working.

Doesn't work on my S8.
I have the Panama version, TPA and using it in US with AT&T sim card.
The app will launch now, YAY!!!
I scan in a credit card with the camera, enter in the CVC code, expiration and zip code and then it tries to verify card and I get the "connection to server failed" message.
I thought this post was too good to be true.
Oh well back to the drawing board.

Having played with CSCs and Samsung Pay for my S8 and S7 Edge there are options but with compromises.
BTU firmware fast updates no white pages.
XSG firmware no white pages at least on my edge phones moderately quick updates but Ramadan shows up in the calendar.
XSA firmware slow updates white pages works Samsung pay updates through the play store and MST function works.
I have the same issue, and tried to download the 2.7.0.3 framework APK, but get a "The package appears to be corrupt" error when trying to install it.
I'm guessing this is because I already have a newer version installed. When looking into the version installed, there's no "Uninstall" button to either remove the app, or even just remove some updates.
Any suggestion please ?
Thanks in advance !

I've downloaded that Samsung pay APK but right after I open it , gives me connection error saying failed to connect to the server. Happened to me with all Samsung pay apks.. anyone knows why ? And how to fix it ?
I downloaded the Samsung FM radio app from APK Mirror and tried installing it on my unrooted S7 Edge (SM-G935U). It wouldn't install -- phone showed "The package name conflicts with an existing package by the same name." Huh, I am 100% certain no such app is installed. I tried it again with logcat running. The error there is more informative:
Code:
AASATokenParser: Violate security policy of MSTG. Package(com.sec.android.app.fm) is blocked.
Unfortunately, Google seems to know precious little about the above. Searching for "aasatokenparser" returned nothing useful. Hits on "mstg" mostly pointed to something called a "mobile security testing guide."
AASATokenParser might be from AASAservice, which is commonly removed by debloat scripts. I don't want to root this phone though. Any other options for bypassing this security check or whatever it is?
Fixed it. Found this thread about installing S8 packages with reports of the same error I was seeing. Tried the suggestion of togging the secure startup setting followed by a reboot. That worked -- radio app installed and is behaving normally.
Very odd...
woah wacky so it actually works!
is this a snapdragon model? I like nextradio but stock always does it better
I tried cloning samsung radio.apk.... the damn thing would crash every time. even in force keep open/prevent crash mode.it only worked... when I used next radio... couldn't actually use the interface.

yeah I did all those things and I wouldn't even think it would work cause the package is locked in the software...
OH MY GOD... IT WORKS, IT ACTUALLY WORKS! I can't believe such a simple work around WITHOUT ROOT does the trick! even on the S7 active with the latest security patch (dec 2017) still works!
the galaxy A series samsung fm radio app... works just fine on the galaxy s series phones!.. its much louder then regular music (like nextradio) but I think that's to do with samsung making it quiet. I like nextradio for what they did but this interface works MUCH better and faster. strange I'm running dark theme on my samsung phone and this is the only stock app not effected by it- likely cause of how its installed.
thank you so much for reposting this... I wonder if it works for every phone... NOW I want to go back to the galaxy A5 2017 (enxyos 7880 has it in) 520W canada version and try this trick to see if it works on that unit... since canada carriers/samsung blocked the fm radio on the canada release.
I wonder if this works for all recent samsung phones?

perhaps package disabler pro could remove this out? I just figured out how to work that- you gotta install an extra it to get it running properly it that runs without root.
unrelated...I'm trying eng root method again... it kinda sucks. I love these custom roms but eng boot sucks some battery- its not a real way to root at all, at least it doesn't trip knox and can be reset to stock without major issues
can someone try this with Enxyos S7?

I've been convinced by the arguments /u/neromancr has floated in various Reddit threads (example) to avoid package disablers.

I have looked at all apps and do not see this app "radio" anyplace.

1. Install samsung+ app from play store and register your note 8 device. You should then see a Galaxy Note 8 device in your account or homepage of the app
2. Go to play store again and on the Samsung + app page scroll down to join beta program for the app
3. Update the app to beta version (11.5.0.1)
4. Restart phone or clear app data and open the Samsung + app again. This time the app will look visually different because it's the beta version of the app
5. The banner should appear just on the homepage below the your note8 model info. Register using that link.
6. After about 5 mins or so. Go to settings- software update and check for updates. You should have the one ui beta update pushed to your device. About 1.5 gigs.
No issues with samsung gear, spay, or Netflix. Confirmed that night mode and Dolby are present
Just to add you need to be on unlocked us firmware n950u

In the google play store look for Samsung plus. Scroll down the in the app description and sign up to become a beta tester of the samsung plus app. It will then you give you the option to download the updated version of samsung +. Once down you should have access. That or you can do a search for the apk 11.5.0.1

Hello and thank you for this nugget of information. I have a 950U purchased from Samsung and on T-Mobile. To confirm, if I was to reflash CRK1 via Odin, for the CSC field, I would need to select the CSC_OYN_N950UOYN5CRK1 file correct and not the 'HOME_CSC_OYN....' file?
Thank you!
I think its just for the unlock model 950u1 not the 950u
edit: we can flash 950u1 firmware on our 950u done and running last update. also got rid of that annoying tmobile boot screen
I ended up reverting to CRK1 and it shows me the updated version of Samsung+ available now so I suspected this was the issue. Running through the steps now to get the beta installed.

Let me know if you get through. I think they said they had 10,000 spots and that might have been reached.

The banner isn't showing up but I'm going to try using the ota file that someone uploaded, but it's from CRL2 to ZSAB, downloading now.
EDIT: No luck as I suspected since I'd have to be on CRL2 for it to work, I'm just going to do a fresh install of the DRL7 for now.
