i want to run android in my x2

i just bought a xperia x2 i like to see the android os in it
i don't now how to do it
i try the x1 way but it didn't work

i don't think it will work unless someone create a specific haret for x2. was discussed some while ago but don't remember thread right now.

why is specific haret needed? Becouse of the hardware?

I would assume that different drivers etc are needed.
probably some difference in the hardware etc

too bad..I know everyone is working on Android for X1, but I'd like to see a port of that for X2 too..I like WinMo on mobile, but if the phone is unusable becouse of that..
Just too bad I do not have enough knowledge for that, I'd be glad to contribute...

ohh man im so frustrated with the current Os on my X2 il be ready to put any other os so i can work normally with this device :|

its defo not working the sys is runing the haret.exe and its booting the device but nothing more:|

you should have bought the Xperia X10 if you want to run Android on SE.

Well you should NOT have bought the x2 at all if you don't like WINMO... you would have probably been better off with the x1

I bought my X2 for the great keyboard and design. I'm waiting too to get Android into this phone. All other phones that where available on the market when i bought the X2 look just ugly to me..

If the X10 had a qwerty-keyboard as the X2 has, then i would have bought it. Playing around with a virtual keyboad when is just nonsense. For playing it's ok, but for work it's a toy...

Blackberry theme/rom

I saw a nice Blackberry rom for the touch pro 2 out on youtube and was wondering if anyone ever thought about doing it for this phone. If not, anyone have a link to a good bb like theme for this phone I can't seem to find any and think it would look GREAT on this phone.

Moved to general as not rom development.

The closet thing that you have to the blackberry look is a theme made for facade.

[Q] Sony Ericsson UI or APK Port To HD2

Basically before i get *****ed at haha jk i do wanna point i did search all around to see if anyone had already started this, i did find this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=634949 but that didnt answer my question, so i was wondering my friend has a x10 so i basically pulled the system/app folder out of the phone to see if anyone would be able to help advice or guide or possibly port the UI or apks such as mediascape/timescape i think they look amazing from my point of view, i am uploading the zipped files just in case anyone wants to give it a try ill post the link in 30 mins or so!​

yeah ive thouhgt about it but ive seen other builds or ports that are still 2.1 the x10 has 2.1 thought not official but the files are out here im basically wondering if someone can port the apks or maybe the rom itself to HD2 based on the 2.1 build

[Q] Motoblur Home-App

Hey developers!
Please help a noob like I am.
Well, actually my english is not so good, but I'll try my best:
I really loved the Motorola Atrix and Defy, but finally i decided to buy the Optimus Speed. Because of the open bootloader. And i loved Motoblur too! So i was searching in google for a long time, but i couldnt found anything. I know, that all aplications intalled on the phone are somewhere in the internal memory. I'd be very pleased, if someone could find this apk for me and upload it here because i really love this launcher.
I found some similar post...
And this post is for all Motorola-phones but i posted it here in the artrix forum ;-)

Xperia based Rom-just an idea

I switched from Xperia M2 to Motorola moto g 2
I found that Motorola has poor ui and camera
I searched for ports but non worked - except album, Walkman & movies
.
I found a kitkat based Rom for moto g 1st called "Xperia ZG3" it had almost every thing Xperia phone had even the camera.....
.
.
Is it possible that any developer make us lollipop based Rom just like that or even a camera port?
I'm sure it's gonna be awesome Rom...
.

Motorola has poor UI? You mean AOSP has poor UI?
I think Xperias UI is such a piece of ****. But hey you can always install custom launchers and use their theme.

Good luck, somewhere in forum is a cm12 theme. It is with all the mods near in the original. Btw i use vanilla xD

I found other ports but all had bugs
Status bar, action bar, ui is different from the one I had on my Xperia device

On the thread that had Xperia apps for cm12 some comments mentioned the camera the developer replay was that is possible if he had a working framework port

This is just aosp Rom with the album, movies, Walkman, launcher and wallpaper - all from Xperia cm12 add-ons -
It doesn't even have transparent status and navigation bars on home screen
.....
What I meant a Rom that have the whole thing from framework, system UI and sound enhancements To the apps
