Ok you need xposed frame work found on xda then you will have a exposed app in there go to download and install wanam there should be a setting in there

There is no easy way to add it to toggle. Maybe you can try the following and see if it's working for our note 3 as well

Else just just exposed if you need to use torch during screen off

the latest Clean Master app.. adds a notification toggle..
u can without Custom rom and root i think.. try it..!

Yes i did it using xposed framework and wanam module. There is a setting in Wanam to do this. Also you can enable tethering and other cool enhancements. Its makes it like a custom rom with all the setting you can tweak

For the sound warning that is all you need. It can do lots of other stuff. Wanam has lots of options install and check it out

I'm using wanam but don't know of anyway to change the volume menu transparency. That solid menu is irritating

Try in the theme version for slider nd then reboot. It works fine for me. Is your rom deodexd?

That is odex. You can install my SlimSammy it is deodexed.

I do that for my z5 E6633, but now I want to share it with all z5 users. It should be work on single sim and other models(E6683-E6603-E6653) too.
Just replace your "build.prop" from system folder on my zip.
I tested it there aren't any problems on it.
Installation
You just reboot to twrp recovery and flash deodex.zip and wip cache and dalvik cache
At the end reboot to system.

No I didn't try to edit systemui.apk I think we first need supersuser mod. You can use overlay to mod systemui.apk.

I just edit color with apk editor on this overlay.
