I was using my Moto X Pure/Style when suddenly the screen partitioned in half, so when I was scrolling down the page only one half would scroll, so I turned it off and on again, it showed the booting logo just fine and the same problem, went on and turned it off and on again but this time no boot logo and no screen whatsoever, I still can receive calls, its fully functional, It also responds to touch but I dont know where Im touching.

Well i was on my phone and everything was fine however when i reset my phone with the stylus it turned back on but the screen was just black... now i can touch the screen and i hear the clicks and beeps as if the touchscreen is working but i cant see anything

I'm having a similar issue. It just began a week ago. My screen began fading out but when i'd open the keyboard it return to normal for a little while and then start to fade again. now its completely black and i can't use it at all.
i charged my phone completely and when i turned it back on it worked and it seems thats all i did because everything else was not helping but when i charged it complete it worked again
So my phone's screen suddenly stops responding to touch, flickers and the display gradually dims to a few horizontal lines.
It spontaneously starts working again, but is still dim and streaked. All the phone buttons are perfectly working however.
I've hard reset the phone, removed the battery and sim and restarted it again but neither made a difference.
This is a German phone, so Samsung US support cannot help in any way. And no, I can't call them in Germany.
You don't have to offer a magic solution, but if you at least know what the cause of the problem is I'll be extremely grateful.

It would be very kind of you if I can get some help here.
My Yu Yureka got a little wet in the rain but was working fine. A little while later when I wasn't in the rain any more I tried to use my phone. The display flickered for a minute or so before it went blank. I dried off the phone and tied restarting the device but I saw a vertical bluish strip before it went blank again. Now whatever I do, the display doesn't show a thing. I can receive calls, listen to all sorts of sounds the phone makes in general, feel the vibrations and even unlock the device while the screen is completely blank.
Could anyone suggest a solution to this? I would be very grateful.

Your display is dead. There is no reviving it. You have to get a new display assembly.
Hello, I need your help, my smartphone g4 plus broke the screen and changed the whole including the frame but when mounted the phone starts (vibrates and you hear the tone of Motorola) and the screen remains black.
The problem is that I have data to recover and I can not access the inside of the phone via pc, I do not see the bootloader menu.
The funny thing is that you change only the screen (without the frame) and without finishing installing it if it started perfectly as shown in the video but when you finish sticking it on the frame and finish the assembly does the same.

Hi everyone! I have this issue on my huawei P smart where the phone is working properly, it rings when someone calls or if i have a text but the screen is always black. The phone was working perfectly and i Didn't drop the phone or anything. I was trying to copy some files using the file manager when all of a sudden the black screen appeared. I tried force restarting and the black screen went away at first but then it appeared again and now even force restarting Doesn't help. And also the black screen is also showing during boot as well, like instead of the huawei logo there is a black screen.
Any kind of help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
