Samsung official ICS on tmobile tab

So I'm gonna fix my buddies tab tomorrow and put it back to stock he can no longer go without a camera I guess, I was wondering if there is a way to get the official Samsung ics on the tmobile version? It's currently running an older aokp build now any help would be appreciated sorry if this is a really noob question I just don't own a tab and can't find a thread on ics for the tmobile tab.

Jiayu S3 2GB Ram 16GB Rom

Does anyone know when the jiayu s3 is getting android 5.0 update? I gotta say this phone is amazing. great camera, also if anyone is looking for the rom let me know i got the 4.4.2 rom.

An android 5.1 update is in the works, the third official beta can be found here. It is fairly bug-free (I typed this on it) but make sure to write down your iemi and be careful. It is still a beta. http://www.needrom.com/download/s3-lollipop-v5-1/

Ll beta is the best faster. I installed beta 3 I have to say I'm disappointed. WiFi is super slow and half the time its doesn't work. I'm thinking of reverting back to beta 2.

WiFi works fine for me on beta 3

Need advice rooted Galaxy Tab 4 7.0"

Just finished rooting this tablet and i'm looking for some advice on which custom rom to install. I want to get rid of all the Samsung bloatware and I do not want Lollipop I just took back a Lollipop tablet because of all the issues. Thanks.

Settings > About tablet: tell me your model number and maybe I can point you in the right direction

You have two choices, both based on stock 4.4.2 (but both are vast improvements over actual stock):
Acheron Rom
Or Prism Barebone
There's been some chatter about building cyanogenmod for your device, but I certainly wouldn't hold my breath if I were you, if it happens it won't be soon. Good luck. I also have a collection of Tab 4 Odin files in case you mess up (hopefully not)

no cm for tab 4 7.0?

I see you are running cm12 on your tab but it's not supported on the 7.0" strange. Anyways do the Lollipop custom roms have any memory leak issues like the official builds do? That's why i returned my Lollipop 5.0 cause i could'nt update it any higher and the apps kept crashing(this was on a nextbook tab though).

I have loved CM12 ever since it became stable on this device. Before that CM11 was an awesome ROM too on this tablet. I didn't have any problems other than I had to change around the settings before I saw the battery life I wanted. I certainly haven't experienced any memory leak issues. Yeah unfortunately there's no cm yet for the 7 inch (different chipset) but I'm pretty sure a couple of people are working on cm11

[Q] Using the note 3 as a tablet

I got a note 3 that I want to use just as a tablet. There's no service so just wifi. What would be the best version of android and rom to get for it? I haven't rooted an android in a long time (since my nexus 1) so a link to a 1 click root would be nice. Thanks!

i got the galaxy note 4 (SM-N910C).
in the last couple of days i've been searching for an official cm ROM 12/13...
i'm pretty sure i didnt miss in case it is avaible.
i just wanna clear smooth ROM which is based on pure android, i did it with my previous phone the G s3.
why is that?
