Besides UK and Italy, no other european country has received the Transformer. It is listed on Amazon.fr and Amazon.de, but no date, just "available soon".
My hunch is it will be available on the second week of May, but does anyone have reliable data?
Acording with the oficial twitter account of Asus Spain, the Transformer will be available in Spain in the mid June.

If you don't mind paying by bank transfer these guys will deliver outside of the UK.
http://www.anvika.com/
Yes, but in my case I prefer to wait a little bit, because I want the Spanish keyboard.

You can always buy the Keyboard later...
I've sent an e-mail to anvika. Are they trust worthy? Thanks psinno.

I have no experience using them. I assume so since Asus UK mentioned them having stock on Facebook.
Btw, I think the UK is off today and Monday so they may be slow responding.
You're right, I forgot. Marriages are never a nice thing
Hi,
I ordered one to be delivered from microanvika to Czech Republic, I will let you know if something go wrong.
Listed as late may and late june respectively for wifi and 3g in Switzerland
Asus Finland emailed me that currently the likely release date over here is June.
Nordics largest electronics net store, verkkokauppa.com said week ago that their estimate is also June for the tablet and scandic keyboard.
Dunno why verkkokauppa.com doesn't have it on preorder yet. :-/
micro anvika has informed me that they ran out of stcok while proccessing the queue of orders, so I canceled my order there.
in Switzerland, stegpc will have some available items since 23 may. Nevertheless, the release date has already been shifted from 5 may to 23 may, so it may be shift again.

Got the same reply from them: 2-3 weeks till in stock.
For the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg) the expected availability is the first week of june (Belgium a few weeks later), but that's only for the tablet-part. The docking will be available in July. This is confirmed by Asus Benelux on FB.

Unlucky,I guess they didn't have much stock available. Mine is on its way to me.
Carphone warehouse Ireland had some stock last week but unfortunately their staff weren't very clued in to this fact when I checked in with them on Thursday. Seems like only the Grafton Street guys knew about it. They were selling them for €399 but have upped the price to €430 now. More info in the boards.ie thread for any Irish people interested.
Any further news regarding the availability in Europe? Specifically Benelux.
I am looking forward to get my hands on this device with the docking.

If you know duch, you might want to check this thread:

PS. I'm hoping to get one before the end of June, so I can take it with me on holiday!
Well, I saw this the other day, and at first I thought it was an official Asus Page...
http://portatilasus.es/product.php?id_product=1741
Now I think it's not an asus official web. Anyway, it says the transformer would be avaiable in Spain on May, 21th.
I haven't seen it anywhere (neither b&m store nor a web one). I have played with the Acer on a b&m shop, but no news of the transformer...
Regards.
Fnac France have the 16 GB + dock, 32 GB, 32 GB + dock in stock right now.
Estimated availability in BENELUX?
Thanks
Just thought i'd get this thread started. No sites found so far.
It's on websites, it just comes back as not existing. So far seen it on the following sites:
Comet: http://www.comet.co.uk/p/Tablets/buy-ASUS-Eee-PAD-TRANSFORMER-BUNDLE-Tablet/717711 which says discontinued but isn't available through normal product selection I found it via google. The product code 717711 is however the code on their systems.
PC World: It's available to select but then says it's no longer available
Amazon: Released June 1st
Laskys: Showing as Temporarily out of stock
Will follow this and update if either Comet or PC World receive any next week as I get 10% off both through my work so only really checking them. I have a mate who's a sales manager at the local PC World store and is going to phone head office and find out what's happening so will let you know when I hear.
Ebuyer.com also have the bundle on their website, with the same ETA as amazon.co.uk: 1st of June
It shows up on amazon.fr with a "coming soon" message.
A lot of Swiss websites have it listed (digitec.ch claims a late June date ETA for the dock, while others have a late May date, around 27-31).
Just a suggestion: it would be nice to modify the first post in this thread to include links to all websites listing it along with the ETA currently announced on each of them.
Anybody knows a good place to get a seperate keyboard? I read on the Asus UK FB that the retailers only ordered bundles, but are there still some (e-)shops that have them? I checked Amazon, Carphone Warehouse, Comet, Ebuyer, Laskys and PC World but they all sell bundles or tablets...

I hate to contradict you but nobody is selling the bundle in Europe as of now. They have it listed on their site but it's either not available for order or you can just pre-order (with an estimated availability date of 1st of June). The dock itself I've only seen in Switzerland, at digitec.ch, for 129 Swiss francs (~100 EUR, ~90 GBP).

That's what I meant, I know they don't ship the bundles out yet.
Thanks for the tip, Digitech seems to have a reasonable price. Downside is availability expected late June. Hopefully in those two months I've obtained one already!
laskys.com have both the tablet only and the bundle in stock, for those of you living in UK. They don't do international shipping unfortunately
Hi,
Scan are also showing pre-orders on these, with no date known: -
www DOT scan DOT co.uk/search.aspx?q=TF101
first post so no links for me.
Feels like i've been here for ages tho, read the entire bricked transformer thread to try and put me off. Still searching tho.
Comet are now showing delivery in 10 days of the bundle?
Comet are selling the bundle again for delivery on the 16th of May.
Asus Finland confirmed on a email that transformer Scandinavian keyboard should be coming out May.
Verkkokauppa.com is saying that they will have 16GB transformer+scandi keyboard package in 3-5 weeks.
I have just ordered with Comet for delivery on the 16th of May and cancelled my Amazon preorder as they still cannot say when they will be able to supply my order. I asked them where I was in the preorder queue to get an idea of timescale and they said they couldn't even access that information - useless.
At least if I have an issue with the unit supplied from Comet I can take it back to my local store as opposed to having to send it away to Amazon and wait for weeks.
Good find on Comet, I'll go in the local store tomorrow and see if they've got an update on stock coming in to the store as my discounted vouchers can't be used online.
annoying that you cant cancell your order on comet, ive already bought the non keyboard version, and now the have the keyboard version avaliable.
Laskys - in stock from 10th delivery 16th May?
Spoke to Laskys.com (UK) - expecting tablet/dock bundle on the 10th May and posted (free at the mo) for 16th same as Comet IIRC - if you go through Topcashback you get £15 cash back !!
Went into Comet today and got my first hands on with the tablet only and has confirmed I definitely want one I managed to connect it to my SGSII WiFi and gave the guy the product code for the bundle so he checked on the system which said stock is coming into the distribution center on 10th so will be in store by 16th or 17th which is why delivery from the site is that date too.
Anyone who ordered dock from Asus got it yet or been informed when they will receive it
sent from my E Pad Transformer........without a leedroid rom :-(

Not to be nitpicking but the UK is in the EU just so you know OP.
Just got an e-mail from Clove.co.uk saying they won't be getting any Galaxy Notes in white. Back when I was still looking for one I set up e-mail notifications for the white Note--glad I got mine from eBay a long time ago!

Dear ,
You recently requested to be notified when the Samsung Galaxy Note in White became available.
We wish to update you on the stock situation for this product.
It was expected that this model was to be available for dispatch in early December, however this launch has now been put back to early 2012.
We understand that this may come as a disappointment and we would offer a more precise date if we had one, but we do not at this time.
When the white model does become available, we shall email you to let you know. If however you can not wait and you would rather get a blue model now, you can do so by clicking the link below:

This is very bad news as I am waiting for the White model.
However Germany has been promised by Samsung, White Samsung handsets (SII and Note) in time for Christmas.
So keep checking amazon.de .. that's what I am doing
Here in Romania, it's available already. Check this site, it's in romanian. Translate via google.

2 399,00 Romanian leu = 473,86689 British pounds
Not bad. But amazon.de has the Blue Note for around £440 approx. so I will wait till just after Christmas and see what discounts happen in the Christmas/New Year sales...
Will the Romanian website ship to the UK?
I don't think so. You could contact them and try to arrange a shipment via DHL/Fedex, but don't know what the outcome could be
That's the lowest price I can find in Romania. There are other "ghost" sites that sell the Note for ~2290 ron/450 gbp but they originate from the grey markets and you dont get a valid warranty.
We have the White Samsung Note being sold here in Taiwan. Pretty much retail prices as it just got released recently. I don't think it would be that worth while to send Bank transfer fees and EMS shipping. I have seen them retailing around 22,500-23,500 NTD here in Taipei. I plan on buying a white one myself soon.
Hi there. I am sorry if this has been posted before, but I couldn't really find such a thread.
Coming back to the topic. I am thinking of getting Nexus 4 from US through my cousin who lives there. As I browsed the SHOP NOW page at Google play store, it showed the price $ 349.00 for 16 gb version. What I want to know is that:
- what will be the final price of the device including the TAXES & SHIPPING to Stanton, California?
- and as Google has mentioned a few countries where it will officially launch the device and people can order it online. Does it mean the actual product will ship from the US to (lets say) Australia? Which means the shipping will dramatically increase? Will it?
Would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on it.
Thanks in advance!
Can anyone please reply
I can't answer you about US taxes, but when I bought my Nexus 7 direct from Google play (I'm in UK) they were dispatched within the UK. Well from Northern Ireland, but it's still technically a part of the UK. The delivery charge was £10, which is typical here in the UK. I'm sure they are dispatched locally if they are purchased within the officially released countries, or it wouldn't really make logistical sense for every individual order to be dispatched from the US worldwide.
So, if Australia was an official country, it would be dispatched from there, or somewhere close enough.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
Appreciated. Thank you very much for your response.
As Makaijin has said before, it's not shipped from the US all over the globe but rather the local distribution centres. For the U.K. it's from the U.K. but here in Australia, stuff gets shipped from Singapore (it was for the Nexus 7 at least). Thank God Australia's an official launch country .
Ahan, Any idea about the TAXES one has to pay? As in, how much (tax) would one pay for this phone in the US?
and what generally are shipping charges in the US?
Going off the Nexus 7 @ $250 I paid $283 out the door. I believe California has 7-8% sales tax so that should be around $28 in tax plus I recall 2 day shipping on the Nexus 7 was $12. I'd say your out the door would be right at or just over $400.
This thread is dedicated for the European availability and pricing of the new Nexus 7 tablet. One of the puzzling questions right now is when are we going to get the device officially through Play Store, or through 3rd party retailers, and I've got some bad news, possibly not anytime soon. Feel free to share your information and contribute building up this thread

That includes the local Play Store?
I reckon the 13th september date for UK is provisional, I think it'll actually come out in the second half of august tbh, otherwise they'll lose a lot of potential customers. Also I can't see them releasing it in Spain a whole 10 days earlier than UK, considering we got the original N7 on July 17th and it was released in Spain in August 27th
