hey guys, i had downloaded the source code of moto g5 plus kernel.. Now i had a question from you all...
how to recompile this kernel after upstream... i had successfully upstream the kernel source with latest patches and few fixes...
now i need to compile it for moto g5 plus..
please help me and give full proceedure to perform this operation. Thankyou
Hello, I've upgraded recently from a moto g2015 and that one already has an android 10 rom up on XDA and I was wondering if anyone are planning to develop it for the g6+ or know if for example Lineage will officially support the device.
As far as I know it wont be upgraded by motorola? Which is a bit of a surprise to me as the phone is only a year old
Since the g6 plus isn't sold officially in the U.S., custom ROMs and any other development are rare.

The developers are currently working in android 10. Be patient!!

I have been following Android Q on Moto G6 plus for some time. I have noticed this developer created a Linage OS-based released for Moto G6 Plus it. But I am not sure if it works at all.

it work in recovery mode when using trwp and not working when i boot to the system
Any one know if there is driver or somthing like this to do ????

About a month ago I've learned to compile my own LineageOS 14.1 for the LG H870 device via this Manual:

Something that bothers me is that the security patches appear very late. Yesterday I've tried a new build an it still had the December 2019 patch level. Since the January patch is out now for about three weeks, is there a way to add the latest patch to the builds before it is in the LineageOS source code?
