Yeah they nuked the links, but that was on 8 September(just going to the link you provided would have confirmed it). I downloaded from that link like 2 weeks ago. Also, they were provided on the other thread(first post)

As far as I know...the 180 is the "most current" for that C185 version, at least from what I can gather.
Hey I have an another issue now. I flashed the TWRP recovery and gave the permission to modify system partition [The one you get to swipe when you go to recovery mode. It tells you that if you don't want TWRP will not modify system partition and will allow to root the device] I need that and now I can't root the device by any means.. Please help how do I root my phone now. In short I think TWRP is not allowing to root my phone.

To root just flash the latest supersu zip or magisk as per your liking. Afaik, TWRP doesn't restrict you with flashing in any way. That warning is there just for Placebo effect, I think. Accepting or denying that prompt doesn't do anything.

Search in Mi A1 forums... There's two of them. The issue is that on the fastboot one downloading seems to be broken
