Hello,
Recently i have been having lots of problems with my s4. Originally the phone was on a contract with Vodafone and then i bought it off a friend to use with my ee sim card. It was working fine for a few months until is randomly crashed and then got stuck in a boot loop. I tried a factory reset through recovery and that didn't work. The next thing i tried was downloading the BTU firmware from another forum post. I then flashed it using odin 3.11 and everything seemed to be working. Until i connected to a 2.4ghz wireless network. The same problem then occurred where the phone gets extremely hot and is stuck at the Samsung logo, vibrating at intervals as well with the led hardware buttons lighting up.
I would appreciate any help
Thanks

Alright, so my dad purchased a new AT&T Galaxy S5 (Unlocked) from NewEgg.com and received it yesterday morning.
At 9am he powered it up, setup his Google account and get to the home screen, no issues.
at 10am he went to Cricket Wireless and received his SIM card, however, the phone was not activated because the "expert" wasn't in until 2pm.
He had the phone charging while on a bike ride and upon returning the phone started doing the boot loop where it shows the Samsung logo for several seconds, goes back, vibrates once, pause, vibrates a second time and repeat.
He went to Cricket after 2pm and the phone was still doing the boot loop and then somehow it stopped. The "expert" took the phone, said it was activated, took the battery off, wrote some numbers down, and from that point on, it has been doing boot loop since.
I've tried getting into the Recovery Mode (Vol Up + Home + Power) and the blue letters recovery booting.... display and I let go and it just goes back to the boot loop process. I've done this numerous times on many devices. The power button is fine as is the volume button.
I've also tried Odin with several Stock AT&T Rom's and each one errors out at system.im.ext4 each time. I've tried this on two Windows 7 machines and one Windows 8 machines with numerous USB ports.
I have also tried doing the firmware upgrade via Samsung Kies 3 and that also fails.
I've been looking up an down for similar problems like this, but can't seem to find anyone else with the same symptoms.
Can't seem to get into recovery mode.
Can't seem to flash a Stock ROM to it.
Can't seem to get Kies to flash Stock ROM either.
Any ideas what I'm failing to try? I've added some screenshots to assist.

You probably have a locked bootloader, i don't have any personal experience but i've heard these american companies are infamous for locked bootloaders - locked meaning that you can't flash anything without using an unlocked BL.
You can look around see if there are any unlocked bls for at&t.
I have a verizon galaxy s5 I rooted it with the help and guidance from xda members over here. The method I used to root my phone was this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/ver.../safely-upgrade-root-4-4-4-nha-volte-t2879348 since i was already on NI2 I skipped steps 1. to 2.5 post rooting my phone everything was running pretty good for a few days without any issues but less than a day after I inserted a sim card in the phone it started randomly restarting so did a data wipe factory reset but the problem still persisted where my phone would would either randomly restart or go into a boot loop then I got the G900VVRU1ANI2_G900VVZW1ANI2_G900VVRU1ANI2_HOME.zip stock retail tar from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53447942&postcount=1 and used ODIN to flash it but strangely even after I flashed the stock firmware it gave me the UNLOCKED logo at start below the Samsung galaxy S5 logo so I did another data wipe factory reset and now the UNLOCKED logo has gone but I'm getting a black screen after the Samsung galaxy logo. I can enter recovery mode and download mode my phone also gets detected in kies even with black screen.
I'm pretty freaked out and devastated right now because of the suddenness of this problem. I hope someone knows how to fix this issue.
Sorry for the long post but I wanted to be as detailed as possible.
So a friend of mine owns a Note 4 N910H, and yesterday it froze while attempting to post online, so he forced it to turn off. It now refuses to boot, and keeps getting stuck on the Note 4 logo. Ive tried using recovery mode, and thats not working. The Samsung store at the mall told him that they weren't able to connect to their computer to reflash the software either. Any possible solutions?
My device is not passing the Note 4 logo neiter. I can enter bootloader and flash anything, but afterwards it is looping again... is it vibrating two times before restart?
Hey, i have an S7 Edge that was bought from UK locked on Vodafone and i unlocked it, 2-3 months ago after an update it started to freeze and restart randomly, i tried to flash again the official rom from uk (vod) and after first start it shows Erasing and then suddenly freeze, after a force reboot it's stuck at first boot image with the text "Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge powered by Android" and cannot do anything, no recovery, only download mode.
2 days ago when i flashed the official rom from uk (vod), so the same as now was working and booting up, and now it's not working anymore.
If the phone it's now unlocked do i need to flash other rom rather than the one with vodafone?
I believe any rom stock that is the same model as your device will work on it. Have you tried BTU ??
I tried every rom available for UK, no one works
Hello, guys!
I'm coming here with a big problem. I used to have a Galaxy S7 Edge (Exynos edition) , but decided to buy a new phone.
I haven't use S7 Edge for 6 months, after this time the phone isn't working anymore. Used to work very well before that.
I've managed to charge it.
First symptom: keeps restarting and freezing when passing from Galaxy LOGO.
What I have tried until now:
1. Flashed TWRP 3.4.x.x
2. Flashed Floyd ROM, worked for 10-15mins but started again to enter an infinite loop of RESTARTING and sometimes freezing.
3. Flased a boot.img extracted from a UnitedKingdom SW. The flashing process was done by using adb while the phone was on TWRP.
4. Flashed Samsung Original SW using ODIN. The flashing process succeded but the phone kept showning "no command" message alongisede with a nice and green Android )
Can you help me revive this phone?
