Side Loading Samsung Pay on a Phone with Samsung Pay pre-installed? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

I just flashed my firmware to Spanish AMO and noticed I'm unable to use Samsung Pay because it is region-locked. I was wondering if I can just attempt to side load Samsung Pay onto my phone or am I S.O.L?

Yes you can. Wipe the app data and update via the latest APK on apk mirror.

Samsung Pay not available in Samsung S7 Edge

Ok, so I have a Galaxy S7 Edge, model G935F and unrooted, and I can't use Samsung Pay on it. It's nowhere in my apps and when I use Google Play on my browser it says it's not available in any of my devices. Does anyone know how can I use it ? Also, I have the latest firmware installed.
All depends on which region you are you using boss. S-Pay is in select countries at the moment, so depending on if you have that region it'll show up on your device. Spain/USA/China/Korea/Singapore/Australia.
Brazil. And yes, it's available here .

What CSC is your device on? By the way, there's a S Pay thread already going with tons of info.

Yeah, you need to be running a ROM that supports it. Brazil's ROM does so just flash that one. I believe it's ZTO.

Is Odin official software from samsung?

I've flashed Nougat beta via Odin. then I revert back to default firmware via Smart Switch emergency recovery. but now my csc is OJV/XSG but my original csc shows empty. then I contact Samsung Gulf. they told me there's no official software named Odin and also they told me to not flash the Nougat Beta via Odin. I asked them if the Nougat beta will extend on other countries? they told only the provided countries might use it and may be extended on carriers on those countries. so is it true that Odin is not official? Odin is a "leaked" official tool by Samsung but not meant for public use.
Not official, but just as powerful as if it was official. They say this crap just to scare ppl out. Companies don't like it when you actually understand the phone and modify it yourself.
Not official,but useful.

Do you mean, "not official" as in "not meant to be publicly available" or as in "not made by Samsung". Odin is developed by Samsung and gets regularly leaked through various sources. A friend of mine who works in a service center partnered with Samsung showed me that they too (have) use(d) Odin (in the past) for flashing firmware packages on Samsung devices sent in for warranty service. They obtain service software, including Odin, directly from Samsung and other manufacturers they're partnered with. It was a few years ago, so I'm not sure about the current state.

If it wouldn't be official you wouldn't have "ODIN Mode" in bootloader.
