So I want to flash a port of either the Samsung S6, N5 or S7 but I'm really lost with that since i don't know which to pick and there are even more versions of the ports...
So I wanted to ask you guys, can you tell me which the best port is that I should flash? (Also I don't mind bugs in the ROM as long as there are not too many bugs)

Thanks, but do you know which of these is the best? (Stable, battery life, etc.)
I guess Insanity ROM will have some unfixed bugs simce it is discontinued.. Would be glad if you could help me out here, too!

only buy i see is wallpaper issue(only if i select wallpaper from home screen else we can select wallpaper). and it give massage updating every time i restart.

i would like someone to port z4 camera style to S5, or make a flasble zip file so new people who are not so good at installing stuff can install Z4 camera to their s5
I test the Alliance for more than month with stock and ktoonz kernel and after a while I move to ambassadi cuz the rom is laggy randomly then with Ambassadi no issue but nothing special, I also test phoenix and also nothing special and in the end the most stable is the alexander without discussion but stock finally am with the zombie rom it's new feeling and smooth the only issue is battery drain, this is only my opinion and every one can test before, every one have differents so please test every rom to see the developers job and take your time with evry one so you can have an idea

I think you forgot the Xtrestolite rom but worth to try the pyrana just neet to wait some review before I flash it

I can't say i have any special favorite rom since most of them are good in their way. But if i still would have to pick one.
My vote goes to Phoenix 6.3 (TW Rom) for ease of use and stability. ?

If u need official u can go for Bliss pop rom but honestly i recommend Cyanogen 12.1 even blissbpop is based on cyanogen 12.1.Cyanogen 12.1 is unofficial but i am currently using so i recommend this! Both Rom Devlopers are do great job....
you need a ROM without bugs I recommend motion ROM .i'm using it for so long and it has been the best and smooth also .
so i hope you use this ROM and tell me what you think

You new to threats !! .. man I get death threats all the time, but I don't give a damn. LOL
However, as you were asking for best ROM , my advice is keep sticking to your stock ROM it's the best, I have tried many ROM's and problem is that some features of your phone won't work. Like some have camera or sim or *battery draining issues* or some other problem (that you will get to know later), Devs keep on updating to newer Android versions leaving the older versions full of bugs and the newer versions have their own new list of bugs.
If your friend has this as the only phone just keep sticking to stock. Just Root his/her's phone do a couple of tweaks with xposed modules ... That's it
Or , have a better phone install some good ROMs like "official" CM or AOKP or 'you name it'...

Hello everyone,
today I got my new company/office phone which is a 2016 Samsung Galaxy A5 (Model SM-A510F).
I just checked the "Android Development" and "Original Android Development" and I am not really sure what ROMs I can flash? Not all seem to support all models as there are several different SM-xxxxx models?
Any general recommendations for my model? As this is my office phone it should be a reliable ROM.

Most stable is Kyubi rom no bugs
Every Rom has bugs, and then it was my own opinion. Kyubi did a nice job on the stock rom, but it is what it is a stock rom with extra features. Personally Arrived rom works nice for me it has grace which is a must have, and the minor bugs it has can be fixed.
Arrived crystal is the best rom for now
the best rom in xda forum is xperience and Revolution ROM by @By Zonik its has no bug everything is stable i m using this and all things in its prefect i suggested to use that rom its the best rom i have never seen best rom like this in anywhere in the world thanks! @By Zonik for developing such a great from for A510xx ..

uhmm.. there is no good note 8 rom for the s7/s7e its not stable yet, yes there are a few note 8 ports for s7/s7e but there are buggy and not working that good... best thing what you can do is install s8+ port rom with note 8 apps

have to agree. Ironman rom 1.1.0 is perfect for battery life and has ROMcontrol and has November security patch!
Ironman is super perfect. I find it even better than batman rom, even better than the stock based superman rom! Fast, stable and with android 7.1!

But it's a S9 Port maybe it's better to try a ROM stock for the S7 Edge but there are many ROM custom like :

Hello,
I'm currently using BlackPearl V3 rom, battery life is pretty good and it's very smooth, Sac23's port is also a good rom, it depends on you, both are good roms and both are smooth, just watch some screenshots maybe some youtuber's review and chose the one that suits you more!

I went with BlackPearl, i didnt like the comments about perf and battery issues of Sac rom.
My device has similar/better performance compared to nougat stock with my actual rom. Im satisfied

Same here Its such a clean Rom, first time I saw S9 features, love the Infinity wallpapers, I wonder if Infinity is available on the S7 Nougat.
