Help with Xposed?!

Been trying all day to make xposed work with no success.
I'm on a VS980 running stock 5.0.2 based IceX Rom.
Keep getting the "xposed is not yet compatible with android sdk version 21 or your processor architecture" error. I know I'm doing smth wrong. Can someone please ease my pain ?
which xposed zip file did you flash?
you need arm21 one (not arm64)
Are you installing Xposed Framework version for Lollipop? I downloaded latest version from official web, and got the same problem as you. Then I downloaded version from thread bellow, did everything as described, and it works now.

Did you install the arm64 version?
Are you running app version 3.0 alpha 4?
Try reflashing PN n then gapps n vendor n then reboot. Once rebooted up. Then flash Xposed. Don't flash supersu. It's inbuilt

If you go to the xposed installer in the data/data folder you will see a file named disabled. Delete that file and reboot. See if that might be the issue

Yes to all
This is probably an incompatibility with Pure Nexus and xposed or with SuperSU 2.67 and xposed. I have v80 xposed installed with SuperSU 2.52 and no issues. I am not using Pure Nexus though.

Xposed Installer/Frame for Custom M Builds [SM-N9005]

Do I still need to use a Samsung-adjusted Xposed like I did when running LP5.0 or simply install latest v84 for armsdk23?
Specifically RR 6.0.1
Install the xposed apk then flash the zip.

Thanks, I'm across the whole install & flash method. I just want to know what variant I flash.. Do I still need to use an unofficial Xposed that works around the Samsung runtime issue or do I install v84 latest?? I'm using RR M6.0.1 just want to know which avenue I take...
It's still unofficial xposed. Sdk23 for 6.0.1.

Xposed on Superman Rom?

Yesterday i installed superman rom to my phone and unchecked root, xposed and magik when installing it in order to have snapchat on my phone. I installed it, then snapchat and logged in, then rooted my phone. Next step is to install xposed but im not 100% sure how to. I have downloaded the xposed_installer.apk but it says my architecture is not yet compatible. Any way yo fix this?
Any help is appreciated and i can provide more information if needed.
Hi again.
The method I gave you earlier works. But if you don't want Magisk, do it this way:
Correct Xposed framework here, flash in TWRP
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591000424962807
Reboot. Don't worry if it takes time.
Correct Xposed Installer
here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3383776&d=1435601440a4.apk
Done.

Flashed, now its "optomising apps"
Ok, worked, seems like xposed framework is installed. Thanks!
Welcome. Only took us 14 hours?
As you said, you're new to this. Advise you to read and search, read and search. It's a prerequisite of xda.
The Superman ROM thread is excellent. There's a separate Q&A post there too which helped me. The dev is excellent, he answers every question.
Get Reading!
And find the 'thanks' button...
So is it available for superman rom?
Yesterday I installed the superman rom who is already rooted.I would like to know if I can install xposed and the correct framework in my mobile with magic installed.
Thanks

Rooted With CF-Auto-Root But Having Issue With Xposed Framework

Hi there this is my first post here please don't expect from. Me anymore since I am new to mobile modification. I recently rooted my S7 Edge SM-G935F and success but when I try to flash xposed frame with flashfire but it always shows me a message xposed framework is not installed or something like that. But if I rooted with TWRP then success. I need CF-Auto-root because my root call blocker works fine but not with TWRP. One more question about CM13, was reading about the theme which was awesome. Does it support with exynos variants? Do I need CF-Auto-root root for this or TWRP?

Are you trying to flash a module before the framework? https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811 is framework

No sir, first I flash Xposed Framework with Flashfire then I installed xposed apk. Once I open xposed apk then I got message I didn't install xposed framework.
Dunno, the thread suggests booting to TWRP recovery to flash the framework. Which framework download did you use?
Ok, this is a more specific guide, SDK23 arm64
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ve...-to-notes-root-install-xposed-unroot-t3411039
The order in the guide can be confusing I guess since it shows doing modules before the framework!

Sorry sir, I don't understand since I am noob here. Well, let me brief you a little.
1- I have rooted my device with this method. (Please note that I used this method because my Root Call Blocker (RCB) app works fine with this method of root)
2- I installed flashfire on my device and tried to flash Xposed framework then installed xposed apk. (NOT working)
Further
1- If I rooted with the method of TWRP then my Root Call Blocker won't work but Xposed Framework and its apk fine.
The reason I keep Chainfire rooting method is only RCB.
If you flash Xposed with FlashFire, you have to uncheck option "mount / system read / write", if not unchecked it won't install...
