Samsung can't retrieve my payment method? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

I can make a purchase from galaxy apps just fine, but whenever I try to buy a theme, it gets stuck on checking for my payment method. Does anyone know what's going on?

Looks like an app that you had installed. Probably a cpu/ram booting or battery saving app.

Samsung Pay is not working

I am a registered beta user for samsung pay. But whenever I try to open the app. The attached one is displaying. Tried as many times switching sim card. As many reboots but no remedy.
I use G935FD and I am from india.
