ROM DEV (From system.img to update.zip)

Hi Guys,
I hope someone can help me, I have a vodafone 845 and want to create a custom rom for it.. i have downloaded the orginal rom from huaweidevices and on ubuntu stript it with the use of a perl script. Then i used unyaffs for windows to unzip te system.img after that i created a new zip with systemdirectory, boot.img and META-INF, then i signed the zip and send it to my sdcard.
I booted into recovery and flasht the zip after 1 or 2 minutes after succesfully format of system he begins to copy and then it gives a error on a bin file and stops..

Hi thought you may be interested in this, I live in South Africa and it seems the original rom has been specifically desighned for our country, seems a few other south african phones are experiencing similar problems
there is a South African rom posted on the huawei web site, resets everything
Tried all the roms so far, your Mr Edition v1.3.2 causes th phone to become unstable, Mr Edition v1.2 works great, but The WI-FI refuses to work

Tutorial :
1. Download Android 5.0 Lollipop ROM from link below :
The ROM File size is 128 MB, so I split the file into 3 parts :

To combine 3 parts files above into 1 file just use WINRAR, then extract the files into ZIP format.
If any problem with the ROM, maybe because the ROM have corrupted during the download process, you can try to re-download the ROM.
2. Install the ROM Manager on your Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 10.1. Get it from Google Play Store, then install the clockwork mod recovery. You also can use ROM Installer application from JRummy Apps Inc.(Get it from Google Play Store).
3. Connect your Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 10.1 to your PC employing the USB information cable. Copy the “ROM.zip” file you downloaded to the SD memory card.
4. Restart your device in the recovery mode using ROM Manager. As soon as in Recovery Mode, go to ROM Manager and select backup/restore to back-up your information.
5. From the Recovery Menu do a total data erase (including Delvik Cache). When completed, go back to Recovery Principal Menu and choose Flash ROM from SD Card. Navigate the location you copied the ”ROM.zip” file and follow the directions for installing Android 5.0 Lollipop on your Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 10.1. As soon as the installation is over, just reboot your Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 10.1 device, and here you go, you’ve just upgraded it to the new Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Lenovo have released the official update to 5.0 today, i've just updated mine.

How is it since upgrading to 5.0

1. Purpose
Sometimes G4 series phone happens “Infinite loop Auto power off” issue.
if phone’s symptom is “Infinite loop Auto power off”, you should Change a Main board.
if customer wants to Data Back-up, you should use this Recovery tool.
Please Data Back-up proceed after Recovery complete.
This Phone (Recovery was completed) is abnormal Main Board.
Please don't reuse the Main Board.
2. Installation Procedure
[Case 1] if there is Previously tot file folder: Delete old tot file folder, Download New tot file folder on C drive
[Case 2] if there is no a Previously tot file folder: Download New tot file folder on C drive
if you use the LGUP tool, you should check “Model name” “Android OS version & “tot file name”. (Please refer to table)
LGUP, DLL file is not changed.
3. Notice
if you have checked the other symptom Power Problem (Except “Infinite loop Auto power off”), shouldn’t use this tool.

Just what is a Ball Crack, how to know it?

It's self explanatory, crack of solder ball on the BGA chip. And simple if your phone bootloops then that's when you know there might a soldering issue.

[Help] update partition MBR failed

I am having Huawei Honor 3C H30-U10, It was running fine but some days back when I plugged in charger it restarted and hung up on welcome screen (no animated logo). Seems like I need to install Stock Rom to it.
Phone Details:

Build Number: H30-U10 V100R001C900B108
International Variant
I download Stock ROM for it with version B108 but it was in SP Flash Tool format. My phone isn't recognised by my laptop even though I have VCOM drivers installed.
This force me to think I need to download Stock ROM but which is in dload and UPDATE.APP form. It was hard for me to get any ROM H30-U10 V100R001C900B108 in UPDATE.APP form. Fortunately I got one from

Upon pressing Volume UP+Power Key It successfully went to updating from SD Card but I am receiving this error log on screen:

PS:
Pointing to this dload:update partition MBR failed Shopkeeper (Mobile technician) told me your phone internal memory is full or corrupted. You can't get it right until you change the hardware part associated with memory. Is he right?
