Hi guys i looking for help on this.
My note 4 was upgraded to marshmallow 6.0.1 2 days back and ever since then i am unable to access the internet when connected to wifi.
prior to the upgrade, there was no issue.
I have tried to factory rest the phone but still cant seems figure what is causing this issue.
All my other devices are connected to the same wifi and has no issue, just my Samsung Note 4 is having the problem
Has anybody else have this problem and how they manage to solve it as i have been searching the net and could not find anything.

I just realised this issue now.. not sure whether its been like this for a while or if its some sort of one off situation but was wondering if anyone else was having the same problems and hoping for some sort of solution.
basically, when im connected through wifi on my phone and i try connect to online through my ps3 i get a dns error 80710102.. communication with server problem.. however when i turn my phones wifi off it works normally?
ive done network tests and my own methods to completely be sure that its my phones wifi that is somehow affectin it.. any ideas people?
P.s - my internet on my netbook was working fine through everything..

Yesterday I got the Nexus 4 but I have the following problem:
When I connect it to WiFi, the connectivity bars go from blue to gray (not connected to Google) and the phone has no access to the internet (Play Store, browser, any other app). When I disconnect the WiFi, the connectivity comes back.
There are other devices connected to the same WiFi and they have internet connection. Only the Nex 4 does not.
Has anyone experienced this and have you found any solution?

I have this problem sometimes. I think a lot of the WiFi issues are JB bugs and hopefully they will be worked out with the next release that is coming soon.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I also hope that this is a software issue and it will be fixed with an update soon. I searched for a while around the internet and the only interim solution I could find is to use WIFI Direct together with a Galaxy Nexus - I tried and it works indeed but it is very uncomfortable as you can imagine.
Any other suggestions are more than welcome
Have you already tried you phone with other routers?
Yes, I tried with two other routers and it was the same - connected but no i-net connection.

There's a particular problem in my oneplus 2, in which the connectivity issues are at the high. I don't get any signals for both wifi and Bluetooth whenever I switched them on and hence I'm not able to connect to it.
I've even tried updating it to the latest version of Android.
But even now the problems continue.
Do give a solution for this.
hi, I have an elephone S7 4G 64gb version. I'm having issues with a wifi network at home. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I've searched around the internet and have tried all the possible solutions but no one works. The problem occurs only with the home wifi though, it works normal with office wifi and portable hotspots. Seems like there is some compatibility issue with the router at home (TP-Link Router). One solution that works temporarily is the cache clearing in storage settings. When it is done, the wifi keeps the connection for about 15 to 20 minutes and then again the same problem occurs. I want to know if anybody else is having this issue and would installing a custom ROM resolve this issue or not? I also applied Wifi MAC fix to the current ROM, would the custom ROM keep that fix?

I have Nokia 6 with Android version 7.1.1 and ever since the first use in July I found the Wi-Fi hotspot very unstable: when connecting my laptop to the Wi-Fi hotspot run on the phone, it's often that laptop connectivity hangs, it doesn't matter i use 5GHz or 2.4GHz. In the area I live there's full signal and same location and same SIM card using old crap Huawei has been working just fine. Has anybody hit the same issue? I read a bit around this may have something to do with Android 7 version.

Hi,
i have brought the nokia 6 two times, with same issue, nokia 6 hotspot is not turning on properly, its says error, i tried to reset it, but problem persists, i bought 3 device with same issue, after a restart it get fixs, but two days later, it happens again, anyone have any idea, please share. need to fix it soon.
