Hi, after rooting latest firmware with kingoroot app, I went for adaway as it got tcpdump and a log viewer
So I found some DNS request related to kingroot domain
analytics.kingoapp.com
img.kingoapp.com
msg.kingoapp.com
service.kingoapp.com
uts.kingoapp.com
Also after scanning ports on the device, it shows running a bittorrent tracker on port 6881 which makes sense as dns log shows request to the following domains : router.bittorrent.com and dht.transmissionbt.com.
I'm not quite sure if the bittorrent tracker thing is related to kingoroot or to popcorntime app.

Because Popcorn Time does work via torrent network I would say its the reason for the torrent connections
Did you uninstall the Kingoroot and SuperUser app? Would be interesting if the connections are required after factory reset which still holds the root after doing it without these apps
Install afwall+ and block the apps from accessing any address.
You might want to go into
/data/data/de.ukanth.ufirewall/app_bin/
and copy iptables and ip6tables to
/system/bin/
I read in the afwall+ forum this way afwall+ does a better job at preventing connections in or out, or something, it's been awhile but I do this on all my devices now.... you can see the size difference between the two iptables .

PS you don't need to replace system iptables as its posible to set it from app settings.

I know you can set it from within Afwall+ plus other programs or whatever can still use the binaries in system/bin and they are not the same as the binaries in afwall+....
Someone I the afwall+ found that something was being allowed a connection inward I believe that shouldn't have and that replacing the system binaries with afwall binaries fixes the issue. It might be some other leak, like a startup leak....

This would be awesome to have and I hope I'm wrong, but this doesn't exist for rooted stock S4 (touchwhiz).
I'm looking at a xposed module, but it's only for AOSP.

Right on my man. Didn't know AOSP means touchwhiz as well. Someone in the comments tried with my setup and it works so i'll be trying to myself.

Yea, but in the app it keeps saying "off". The setting isn't in the settings. Something isn't right. I've trued it at least 20 times now lol.
NOTE : IT WILL WORK ONLY ON MARSHMALLOW UPDATED PIXEL V1
1. Root your device (see threads available on XDA)
2. Download a root explorer ( Es file manager recommended)
3. Grant root access to the explorer
4. Go to system folder of root directory
5. Open build.prop
6. Find the line build type and change the word 'user' to 'userdebug' and save and reboot your device
7. Go to developer option and enable multi window

I know that feel bro. Having the same experience when connected to Wi-Fi network at work. It can be reproduced only there, any other Wi-Fi network I have ever been connected to weren't reproducing the issue. I gave up on the investigation of the root cause. Just turning off Wi-Fi each time I'm at work and use 3G. I suggest you give it a try.

Those who has not root devices. You can install by subscribed to official Google+ beta account of Xperia Beta. And read the about carefully they will have link to join and redirected to install in on systems update. You cant just download and install apk. Cheers

@ronak123456 for #1 (how to change the system font) check my thread here, you have to use a custom recovery like TWRP to flash the zip files (no root needed).
For tat also have to install a custom recovery? Aww tat sucks..we do have an option of font, we cant simply download and use it?

You can just fastboot boot TWRP recovery, install your font and once you reboot, TWRP will be gone
