Hi friends... I have been searching for this for long while..
Some Roms have very good in call volume i.e we hear the other person very loud and clear. Not all roms have good incall volume.. there must be some setting which can be tweaked on our favourite rom.. if any developer can give some info.. it will help a lot!
I am not looking for some softwares which are available in the play store, it doesn't work! I am looking for some CVC code may be! May be some code which can max out the incoming volume!

Somewhere I am sure I read about a hack to change the delay in the ring of an incoming call from about 3-4 seconds to an immediate ring. I've searched the forums, all the associated wikis and cannot find anything.
Does anyone know of a tweak/hack and where I might find it?

Hi,
Under 2003SE the ringtone was loud enough for me.
After installing WM6, the ringtone, when setup for the loudest possible, is still barely hearable.
Is there any fix for it?

I did obviously do a search, however I thought it was a BA/WM6 specific problem, so I did not search the other sections.

EDIT: I read all 20 pages, but did not get a valid clue, which registry setting to change in order to increase the ring tone on a BA. Also, I don't seem to be the only victim of this annoyance.
Why do some people have this issues, while others don't? Flashing the complete WM6 ROM should reset everything - right?

i had been searching any software to record the call conversation. i did try out some but in all of them the sound from the other end is not recorded properly..please help me if anyone has any idea about any software which will help me to record calls..i had been using spycall on my ngage mobile it worked really perfect..but i dont have any software for my o2..
please reply if anyone has any idea about this..

I, for example, do not have an answer for you. I do care, if that provides you with any comfort. Frankly, I think this would be a nice feature...I suspect its legality, however, may be in question.

Recording incoming audio from a phone connection is unfortunately something the Wizard cannot do. It's a hardware limitation, so there's sadly no solution.
ive recorded conversations with the note recorder app. and that app game with the phone. ive done...it works.
try vito audio notes. I have used it with descent results

well i did try vito and also note recorder but am not at all happy with the result.people who have used it might agree with me that the voice from the other end is not recorded properly.

if it matters i'm running villain 2.2 rom and wanted to ask if there is an option to make the phone in an call silent, i don't mean to disable my microphone, i mean to disable the caller's sound... with the volume buttons i can make it very quiet but not silent
i know there are apps liek flipsilent but they just make the phone ringing silent .. not the call itself

for example i phone with friend A , then another friend B talks in real to me...
and then i want to make friend A silent on the phone that i can talk to friend B...

You should report this problem to the villian guys, by either PM them. Or posting a thread over at the villian forums.

Yes, i it has.
If you like Villian's ROM's you should try out VillianRom 12.
But, remember that there's other developers at the Hero development, so i also recommend having a look at their ROM's.

yes i know about villain 12 i flashed nearly every rom from this forum but i prefer vanilla and superhero doesn't has german language or it hadn't the german language when i testet it.. maybe it's included now
After the official 2.1 ROM came out, every ROM seems to have the complete language pack.
So, have fun.
