make a titanium backup of snapschat when you don't have xposed installed and then restore it when you install xposed, the snapchatr app uses keywords to detects root(eg su superuser chainfire rovo xposed)

I have a Note SM-N9005, with Android 4.3 running on it. I rooted it using CF Auto Root and installed TWRP to be able to back everything up.
I installed Xposed Framework 2.5, and Wanam Xposed so that I can enable apps in multi-window, but after trying multiple times to set some apps to be able to use them in multi-window the only thing I managed to do is somehow remove a few apps from the list, and not the ones I wanted. Wanam Xposed is checked in the Modules thingy in the framework app, rebooted multiple times, but except those few apps I removed (that I didn't even uncheck), nothing has changed.
Also, YouTube is not even on the list of available apps in Xposed, even though I have it installed, and it disappeared from the multi-window list of apps as well.
I also tried turning off the camera shutter sound, and then rebooted, didn't work. Changing the text size of the clock in the notification bar had no effect either.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
I flashed official Kit Kat rom from you know where, re-rooted and tried again, but I have the same issue. Nothing works. I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
Thanks in advance.

Hi mate,
You have the official stock rom and just it yes?
if yes, you need to install xposed framework apk, enable wanam on that and reboot.
you need the multi window apk too if you want delete some apps in multiwindow and add others.
Try gravitybox too.
If you do that, certainly it will work fine

Thanks for trying to help, but I tried already, I installed the Xposed framework, then Wanam, enabled Wanam in the framework modules, but it doesn't work.
I tried using multiple apps from the Play Store like Multi Window Manager (I made sure to enable the modules in Xposed Framework and then reboot), but none of them had any effect. I really don't understand why.

I think there might be minor bugs into Wanam Xposed - you should probably report those in the specific thread for that module:

Hi again,
I think you have to try the system ui patcher on xposed installer.
only with it I think you can apply the settings on wanam xposed.
Install that, reboot and try.
after reply just to me know if it worked
For all who are interested?
I managed to get Adaway working on CM13 by installing Meefik's Busybox on Play store.
I set ' Replace Applets' in settings of Meefik's Busybox, then uninstall the existing Busybox, then reinstall.
Reboot and good to go for me
works for me, too. Nubia Z7 max CM 13 unofficial alpha6
Works for me, too. OPO, CM13 nightlies
Why doesnt Adaway work in CM13?
Nice, thanks for that.

Glad I could help

I cant seem to make it work, I installed Meefik's busybox, set replace applets

Not work to me. Please help.
I'm sorry guys if the question seems stupid, but what is exactly the problem with Adaway on CM13?
Because I've been using CM13 on my H815 for quite some time and it seems to me that it's working great!

Works for me as well, but with minor typo corrected in your post.... I think you meant .... " then uninstall existing Adaway, then reinstall." Yes after application of this busybox with 'Replace Applets' settings, then new uninstall and reinstall Adaway, back to working Adaway after a reboot. You don't need to uninstall Busybox...... Thanks
Hey guys,
So I've been swapping ROMs and such until recently when installing all of my usually apps, Snapchat wasn't working. Specifically it would say my login was temporary unavailable.
After much searching I finally found that Snapchat rolled out an update that checks to see if you have the Xposed framework installed (not the installer app), and if you do, won't let you login.
Here's the fix from @Stryder5:
Q: I can't login to Snapchat. I keep getting a login error. How can I login?!
A: Uninstall the Xposed Framework, login to Snapchat, reinstall the framework. If you are on 5.0+ you have to flash the uninstaller which comes for your device. Don't know which one to use? Then search the forums, this thread is about Snapprefs, not finding the correct version of Xposed. It didn't work for you? Read the reply correctly, framework means framework, not the Xposed Installer app. Also, if you plan on using multiple Snapchat logins, consider setting up multiple profiles on Titanium Backup.

hi there,
There's a few interesting banking apps out there, but it seems as though most of them will detect IF your device is rooted and in such case, the app will not run.
Is there a workaround to run these app on a rooted device? They might think you are a criminal if you have a rooted phone and they are scared you do nasty things, where in fact banks are the biggest criminals on the planet... oh well...any help appreciated..
thanks,
Gabrio

You can try xposed framework and rootcloak to hide root from apps you want.
Xposed
Rootcloak
There is the Xposed Framework Root Cloak that may work, and the Cydia Substrate Root Cloak Plus.
Make a nandroid/recovery backup before trying either framework or substrate, they tend to not play well with TouchWiz and you may find yourself boot looped.
Make sure you fully reboot after each step, install Xposed or Cydia, reboot. Install root Cloak, reboot. Add apps to block from detection of root and reboot. Don't half ass it or it may not work.

thanks for this too!
I installed the beta 15 and did not install the youtube vanced as root from twrp, with the beta 14 I had no problem. I tried to remove youtube but nothing is impossible for me to install youtube vanced.
Working great as Magisk module, if you can't delete the YouTube app try to use permissive mod
Open terminal emulator (root required).
Type 'su', press enter, type 'setenforce 0'.

Youtube Vanced cause a lot of problem like :
- On Oreo/P : One YV is installed, you can't remove apps from Titanium, you delete app and when you reboot, app is not deleted
- On P : Once YV is installed, Substratum overlays are not applied/installed after reboot
You can always use the original app and patch with a famous patcher tool is you have "lucky"
In the app you have the ability to patch Youtube for add "background/disable ads", and for be sure (remove ads), use Adaway

Do you mean only the Youtube original app itself cannot be removed or other apps too?
I can uninstall System apps without any issues with magisk module of YV as mentioned above.

Force permissive root and you don't get this problem.
