I have an ubuntu meizu pro5 phone and I have overwritten the "param" partition of it.
I can still access it throw the recovery adb.
The partition is 4megabytes in size.
If someone can make a dump of it and send it to me.
It is the partition 21.
Thanks.

Hi I'm on flyme so I can't really help. If you are not worried about losing data you could reflash Ubuntu.
I am on Ubuntu on the Meizu 5 Pro, but I don't see a "param" partition. Why do you need it? I'm working on a guide to install Android and Ubuntu on the Meizu 5 Pro, would that help you?
Hello, please when you finish this guide to install android on pro 5 which coming with Ubuntu kindly share with me or notify me

If you have recovery on both devices you can just backup on one and restore on other device.
You can restore system only without data and apps.
Google for tutorial, if you need ftf and can't do that with recovery.

They are Stock, no recovery, no root, I have to connect via USB and extract the FTF. I googled for tutorial and I get one for X10, Z and ICS but was not really helping and they are not for Z1 so if you can just semplify the search posting the right link or app for Z1 I will appreciate it.
Thanx.

So, nothing there.
I'm not sure for link, I just said - try to Google.
Hmm...
Really don't know, I guess extracting dump won't help to create ftf.
You checked on NUT thread?
He has tutorial for creating ftf, it's not same but maybe you get idea from there?
Check here and try to ask NUT on this thread - I'm sure he will know the answer.

Hi friends,
This is a tutorial for rooting your Gionee Elife E7.
THIS WORKED ON MY INDIAN GIONEE E7 32 GB MODEL. I CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK FOR YOU.
All you have to do is.
1) Go to: www.shuame.com
2) Download latest Shuame PC client.
Or
Google "ShuameSetup_2.0.2"
Install it, It's in Chinese,
choose your pref. Install location,
Tick the license agreement box (If unticked)
hit the BLUE BUTTON!
3) Now download the attached file from:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49775640&postcount=39
And don't forget to thank him!
4) Extract the "shuame_EN.exe" from it in the Shauame application directory
(Place where you installed Shuame).
It will ask Administrator permission to write to system directory, grant it.
5) Now launch the "shuame_EN.exe"
6) Enable 'USB debugging' in your phone.
7) Plug your phone into PC.
Now wait for a while till Windows installs the drivers, grant Administrative permissions when required.
When it's all done, it will install Shuame app to your phone and open it up, it's in Chinese, ignore it.
8) Once you see your phone's specs listed on screen, with your screen at left, Click on the "Root" button at TOP
(It has an Android with a Patch on it's right eye)
9) On your phone you might receive warnings from Google, tick the box and give it permission.
(May or may not happen)
10) Once done you will get a prompt on the screen confirming your root!
It installs an app called "Kinguser". Its similar to SuperSu or Super User, You can off course remove it using Ti Back and install your fav. root manager. But I would suggest sticking with it as it works just fine.
!!ENJOY!!
Credits go out to those who made this app and the person who translated it motuslechat

Sorry I do not have access to Indian Stock rom.
I believe you have to flash the rom's zip from recovery after wiping the user data and cache.
Ok.. So Any custom recovery is available ?

you have uninstalled some system app. re install stock ROM with flash tool and then try to update. though i would like to point out that the update is almost useless. it contains some extra theme and Fahrenheit temp unit only

What does "it didn't worked fine" mean? Did it work at all? I've spend an entire day trying to get a Linux distro to run on my note 3 and with no success.

Hi, i want to share with you Bump windows version. It's easier for g3 user to bump boot image without using Linux. I converted it from open_bump.py. I'm very sad when bump site is gone
How to use it?
Put "boot.img" into bump folder and run "bumped.bat"or
open cmd and type: bump.exe boot.img or recovery.imgor
drag *.img to bump.exe
Sorry for my bad English .

Dude, it's a Windows Batch so you run it on your personal computer on the Windows OS.
If you don't know what it does, what it is and how it works just don't use it and don't try whatever you're trying.
No offense but just let it be if you know nothing (Jon Snow).
@jerusalem.boy
"How to use it?

You should research carefully before posting comments. If you don't know what it is, this is a chance for you to know about it.
