Hi, I need your help guys, this is the problem:
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE+ with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and the model is SM-G928F. No problem here.
So I decided to flash twrp with Odin, all correctly, version, compatibility, etc.
I plugged the phone in download mode, and flashed the twrp. All seems to be fine.
BUT just after that, when the phone is rebooting, it appears a message in red: "recovery is not seandroid enforcing" and i can't pass to recovery mode. The only way to fix it is flashing the stock firmware. So I can't install any custom recovery and I don't know how to fix that problem and I need the custom recovery as soon as possible. If anyone know the solution, please ask me. Thanks :fingers-crossed:
That is a common problem. The cause is that you dont have an mm compatible twrp.Use this http://forum.xda-developers.com/s6-...ecovery-official-twrp-galaxy-s6-edge-t3354492 Also dont forget that the first thing you must do is flash a kernel
@ÆROMIND - It's possible @Rainbow_Dash is correct, but if you did as you said and had checked version, compatibility etc, try this first:
After installing TWRP, as soon as the screen goes dark when rebooting - and you have to be quick - hit the volume up/power/home buttons simultaneously and keep them pressed. You should reboot into recovery.
I had the same problem, this worked. The "recovery is not seandroid enforcing" is normal btw.

But just a question:
@Rainbow_Dash Said to me that I need to flash a custom kernel, maybe he have reason because I'm using the Marshmallow stock firmware, and it have more security. Perhaps that's is the problem. In that case, will I need to flash a kernel? Anyway, I don't want it, because customs kernel usually have problems with battery and a few more like wi-fi spontaneous disconnections.

I wont lie on 100% stock roms costum kernels are often a terrible idea resulting in what you mentioned. But if you use a good costum rom (like audax plus my tw favourite) that will not be a problem and many times resulting in a better experience and battery life etc
@ÆROMIND - did you solve it?
Why can't I just flash one with Odin? As other mobile holders could do. What's the problem with the Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge + ? I mean I tried everything what's in this post but it is hanging on RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING. I've just flashed the stock rom with Odin. But I got an enormous battery drain caused by Android OS and everyone is saying the only solution is rooting your phone. I got a Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge + (928F PDA G928FXXS2BPE2

Because you can try every twrp if you want even if its listed working for edge plus.If it is not compatible with mm bootloader it wil hang at seandroid enforcing which is why you must get the one i linked up there. If you have lolipop flash whatever you want.

Alot of people (including me) have had the same problem. Strange thing is 3.0.0 worked just fine. The probs started when I updated to 3.0.2. After that I haven't been able to install ANY of the previous versions. Then I saw that someone was using the version for note 5 noblelte. So I tried and it worked like clockwork.. I'm on G928F with the latest bootloader from Sammy.

I didn't, basically because i was waiting for a reply, but nothing. The reason that i didn't try to solve the problem, it's because i don't really know what will happen to my S6 (and this was so annoying cause i flashed stock firmware to fix the ''recovery is not seandroid enforcing'' like 6 times, and as you can understand , I didn't want to do it again), and probably nothing good would come out.
Anyways, i will not leave this thread, so keep leaving comments to solve this problem in community. Thanks to all

I (as many others) had your problems. Me (and others) solved it by installing 3.0.2-1 for note 5 noblelte. Works perfect.
I'm on a G928F Latest firmware.

Hello everyone !
I bought a Samsumg Galaxy S6 Edge + ( G928G ) , however did not like the OS of Samsumg and decided to install a custom ROM .
I root with the help of Arter97 and finally installed TWRP to facilitate the time to use the Recovery Mode .
Managed to install the Rom smoothly, did not show any eror log or anything , the problem appeared in connecting to my S6 , appears Boot Screen of Samsumg ( Written Samsumg Galaxay S6 Edge + ), then it changes to the Boot Screen of custom ROM , then that happens the problem, the image will be still there and nothing happens , the image does not freeze , but also does not change screen.
So I tried to go back to Rom Original Samsumg , however the problem persisted, appears Boot Screen of Samsmung and the image will be still there.
If anyone can help me I will be very grateful , because I need my phone for work .

Hey man. I was thinking about that. I made some custom splash screen which has other countries flags and else. Just asked for a credit to dev of script for use his zip. I mean i wanted to use his zip to flash my custom splash screens(u can see a sample in my profile album), but he didnt reply or care that. I cant post under that situation.
Ed.: Here you go see them. They arent professional work, I was just having rest and got an idea like that. There are more flags and etc. No need to post without credit. Im using for myself and send some friends.
Hello there,
I've spent my entire day trying to fix my Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910F), without much success.
So what happened was that the phone would occasionally freeze, turn it's self off and reboot into download mode and say that it wasn't able to boot normally. But it usually just booted after pulling the battery.
So I thought I would just try to install the stock firmware(4.4) and go from there. And that worked fine (eventually) but the problem remained.
Why not try again, I foolishly thought. So I tried to download a more recent firmware(6.0), but it wouldn't install completely. It got stuck in Odin around half, saying: "FAIL!(WRITE)". Tried again using the older firmware(4.4), but the same result.
Now whenever I try to turn on the phone it immediately jumps to download mode saying that something went wrong while installing the firmware.
I have done a couple of things to try and resolve this issue:
- I have tried to flash BL,CP,AP and Pit from a recovery firmware without much luck.
- I have tried using Odin 3.09 and 3.11.1
There was one thing that kinda helped once, which was flashing twrp and all of a sudden it worked and actually turned on. But genius me decided that I had to try again and update to the newest version. Which wasn't really smart because again the flashing of the firmware failed.
If anyone could please help me out. I have spent nearly two days trying to fix this darn thing. I really just want it fixed

I hadn't, I google searched multiple times for such a topic, but didn't find any.
Besides using the SD card to flash the firmware I had already tried what was listed there.
But for the sake of it, I tried again. For some reason, this time it did work!
Many thanks for the tip!
I'm just left with one question, the recovery firmware you provided in the topic is german, but I have a Dutch phone. Will that create any issue's with network connectivity?

First, flash that recovery firmware, once your device starts working normal, flash your region specific stock rom from sammobile.

Thank you so much for your help. I tried to see if the initial problem was resolved, but it still isn't. The phone sometimes doesn't boot and goes straight into download mode. I'm starting to think that it's a hardware issue, but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

Must be hardware.
Anyway, i would do this
- flash twrp for Note 4 (look for it) from odin
- fladh rom from twrp (not from odin)

Hi.. I have recently rooted my Samsung galaxy note 4 SM-N910F and I am wanting to downgrade from marshmallow 6.0.1 to Lollipop 5.1.1. I really need a dummy guide as I don't know how to do it and help will bbe appreciated
Hey there. Downgrading to an older version of Android means you'll have to factory wipe, but other than that it's pretty straightforward. Seeing as you have already rooted your phone, I assume you know how to use Odin, but here's all the steps anyway:
1. Download Odin
2. Find a Lollipop firmware for your device from SamMobile
3. Back up important data, and factory reset. You can do this in settings or in recovery.
4. Turn off your device, then hold power + vol down + home to put it in download mode
5. Open Odin, and put the firmware file you downloaded in the AP slot
6. Plug your phone in. If it isn't recognized, you probably don't have all the drivers installed - the easiest way to get those is to install Kies or SmartSwitch from Samsung.
7. Click Flash, and wait until it's done. Do not unplug the cable under any circumstance!
You're done!
EDIT: Oh, and by the way: Welcome to the forums! Remember to title your threads according to their content. Generic titles such as "help please" don't really invite people to click on them.

describe here everything you did until now, step by step
First i wiped all data then i installes latest TWRP after that i installed dr.ketans rom M12 then again i wiped all data and rebooted the mobile its works for 3days perfectly
But now automatically shutdowns or restarting
And one time suddenly stuck on download mode
I removed battery and installed after few minutes
And it works fine
Rebooting issue is still there
I notice that somthing written on upper left side of corner kernels in yellow words
Should i have to change my kernel?
Right now my kernel is Hvitamin .
Plz suggest me what to do?
Thanks for reply

Did you ask/search in the rom thread?
Maybe someone else had the same problem.
It could be a kernel issue, try other kernel.
I don't use a G but a C version, so I can't test to see.
Also consider the eMMC issue of the 910 SnapDragon, search about this.
Thanks for reply dear
Can i update or change kernel ?right now im on H-vitamin any other kernel can you suggest me is better then H-vitamin?thank for your support
So basically my S7 Edge ended up in a bootloop and I don't know why.. It had some problems, ended up in a bootloop from time to time, but after the battery drained I could restart it and it worked.
Since 3 days ago it constantly is in a bootloop, when I try to start the phone. Tried to let the battery drain, but still if I try to restart the phone, it's in a bootloop. Then I even can't access recovery or download mode...
I can access the recovery mode and download mode, after draining the battery.
I already tried: wiping cache and factory reset. Still bootloop, if I start the phone.
I had the idea of flashing a custom rom, but I didn't enable the OEM unlock..
What else can I try to get this phone back to work?.. [I am currently using my old Galaxy Nexus from 2011 and it runs surprisingly fine ]
EDIT: I got stock rom and stock recovery, so basically untouched stock.
Thank you guys in advance
Hayalamm
download stock rom from sammobile and flash through Odin after booting into download mode. search google or go through the guide section of the forum on how-to do it. you should be fine.
Do I have to install the Stock ROM of my carrier? I bought the phone via Vodafone in Germany, but I dont think, that it is branded.

I did like you said and it still gets stuck on the Samsung logo and after that bootlooping all the damn time.. It passes the "Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge screen, but always gets stuck after that..
EDIT: Tried to get into recovery mode an the display got wierdly stuck on the first screen at "installing system update".. There was a wide black stripe at the lowert part of the display and many many thin black stripes thoughout the whole display. Since then it is unresponsive for anything..
Are you sure that your phone doesnt have any hardware issues?
If not then search for details on Odin's options. Maybe theres an option for a more theral wiping.
Other than these i honestly dont know what else can be done exccept for sending to samsung support center.

Sending in won't help I think, because my display is shattered a bit. Had the problems before that too..
I have a similar situation. So far I have not found a solution. the phone is lying around idly. I store it for experiments)))
Okay guys, I've got the S7 edge (SM G935F) Exynos var.
I restarted my phone yesterday, it hasn't been rooted or anything and it got stuck in a boot loop. Then I got the common 'blue light of death' with the black screen, rendering it useless.
Whilst in this state, I can't force restart the phone or enter recovery / DL mode.
The battery finally drained and I've flashed new (stock) firmware through ODIN. Still the same outcome.
I figured I could root and get a custom rom to maybe work however I have the FRP lock issue so I can't flash TWRP.
I'm open to any ideas, anythings worth a try at this point lmao, last phone I rooted was my S5 so a little out of touch with it all.
Cheers

I had the same issue for about a week now, luckily i didnt have the frp lock on, but I have tried everything possible from downgrading to upgrading to flashing a custom rom : everything seems to just fail in every way possible and youll always end up with the blue light of death as you call it. I came to the conclusion that this isnt a software related issue , it is more than a hardware issue related to the s7 edge... I ended up forgetting about it after all ... Good luck !
