Failed to update software - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm on stock Rom 5.1.1., Not rooted, this morning received update notification about marshmallow update, plugged in charger downloaded and clicked Install...
if I try again it says that my software is up to date.... now what?

After restart install 19 percent
Then when starts gives this error
Nyone with this issue

My phone is rooted, and I have frozen all the Knox apps. Playstore sent me a notification saying I needed to update various apps. One of them was this.....
