It seems a lot of people are using their smartphones to scan QR codes that are popping up all over the place lately. I got to thinking, what if you could take a photo, email it, and receive the link or message or whatever back by email?
So I did some searching, and it turns out there are a couple of services that will do this for you. One is snapmyinfo.com and the other is scanlife. I haven't tried the scanlife one yet, but snapmyinfo worked great. From what I've read, snapmyinfo just does QR codes, but scanlife may be able to do UPC's and other types of barcodes other than just QR codes.
Take a picture of a QR code and send the picture as an attachment to [email protected] or [email protected] depending on which service you want to use. Sync your email again after sending and voila!

If you have a suggestion for how to use Google Goggles on the Kin, I would love to hear it.
Hi,
I faced a strange and annoying problem on my Galaxy S 4, which is when I play any video clip does not work correctly and appears frequently cutting.
The problem occurs with any video clip either from YouTube or facebook.
Also.. facing same problem while typing message in whats app, Facebook messenger, gmail...
The Device was with me from nearly more than a year and this is the first time I'm having this problem
Is there a solution to it?
Thanks in advance..
Ever since I've updated the messenger app, I get an error box sying that messenger isn't responding, sporadically. Can someone tell me an easy fix for this?
This is the exact error I'm talking about. Check attachment.
Wow. So. No one had this issue?
Good evening
After the upgrade to Android 6.0 marshmallow I am unable to send pictures and audio as the application hangs and becomes unresponsive . I've done changing the unit , catering manufactures and verification of the app permissions but the problem persists. Anyone have any suggestions ?
I'm having the same issues. It is really annoying. Whenever I send a photo WhatsApp hangs and I need to wait until Android asks me to close it. When I reopen it, the photo is being send. Videos don't work at all. Interestingly though sending photos using web.whatsapp.com works fine.
The phone is on pure stock without root, The problem is media files(images/videos) received in WhatsApp keeps disappearing after 2 or 3 days. Does anybody face a similar issue? I have checked all the settings in WhatsApp and not able to find what causes this, Please let me know if anything can be done to prevent this.

It's probably a WhatsApp bug.
But is it only with media?? What about whatspp messages?
Whatsapp messages are there, Only the media seems like blurred out and its not available in gallery too.

This seems odd. If the messages too were disappeared, then it was a whatsapp bug. But your case is different.
Have you tried reinstalling WhatsApp and restoring backups?
Have you searched the Whatsapp folder??
If you all these fails, try contacting whatapp.
If you want to use your medias(just a temporary solution only) then i recommend you to use any file recovery apps(Dumpster, DigDeep, Restore Image, etc).
