so i have received it anonumousy, but flashing AP/CP alone does not work (knox stays 0x0) so i guess i would need to flash all files with re-partition (this would change my XEO csc to XTO) but some test firmwares have signatures broken or diff sig and that ends up with knox 0x1 (still ap/cp ave not trigered knox so i guess it is safe). for now i am reflashing back to XEO PD1 as i do need my phone working for work tomorow.
G935FXXU1APE9 is released atm in INS region only as OTA and download of stock firmwares for INS is blocked for that region at the moment so i guess it will go live tomorow or so.
as i do not want to break somone elses phone i will not share it for now but if i will flash it with no issues tomorow this might change (or someone else will 'leak' it) or samsung will push official PE8 at INS region ;]
maybe onyone els have it and flashed?

How do you root Lollipop?
Where is camera shutter button? On the edge screen or in the same place like Note 4 (near home button)?

No, you will end up with bootloop and no way to fix until Lollipop is officially released for your phone.
You MUST have 915G to flash this...

Download your region from sammobile and Flash with odin

When I search sammobile for G928C firmwares, I cant find one for my country/operator.
But I found this which is for G928F http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/58072/G928FXXU2AOJ5_G928FMBM2AOJ2_MBM/
This is for my country/operator.
Should I install it? Will it cause me trouble or is better then my current one?
Thanks for your advices!
i am not sure regarding the differences between the both 928F and 928C, but i am pretty sure ODINing one into another would definitely cause you problem, or a Dead ~800$ maybe.
To be on the safe side, stick with the current one if its not giving you any problems, as i searched myself, the ones bought online from UAE are pretty much cheaper, maybe the same case with you.
Do not flash 928F firmware, (it will fail in odin) Im living in Kosovo and I bought Edge Plus which is 928C, which is from UAE, so its not a problem couse the hardware is the same with other models, the only changes are in modem (which is for mobile signals), so if u have good signal dont worry

Hi everyone,
I've a situation, i've got a used Samsung S8 from the UK, and it's working so far perfectly with my carrier (Moroccan one), and i'm trying to update it (via settings) but it always says that there's no update yet, and i'm thinking about doing it manually with Odin, but i'm worried if i install the wrong ROM or something it might lock my phone and i can't use my sim anymore, so my questions are:
1/ How can i know if my phone is already fully unlocked.
2/If i install a rom manually should i go with the UK version or the moroccan one?
3/ in case i install the wrong rom with the good (PDA / CSC) but with a different region, what're the risks?
(Here bellow Firmware / Service provider screenshots)

Try connect your S8 to PC, and run Samsung Switch (on PC). It should say after some minutes, that thereĀ“s a newer version of firmware
Flashing stock rom with different build number and baseband version on S8
Hi,
Extreme newbie here, So I got the latest Oreo update on my S8 . since I want to go back to nougat for some development reason I decided to flash a stock nougat firmware on my device. My build number is G950FXXU1CRB7 but the version I downloaded is G950FOXM1AQK7 but the region is same . So I want to know if I flash this ROM on my s8 , will it cause any damages ? if so , what will be the possible damages that can cause ? Thanks in advance .
I've been looking for the firmware for this device for a long time and I can't find it, I need your help please. What I can do? Or do you know any custom rom? The stock rom would help me a lot, thanks... :C

Would you know what would cause the recovery/boot program to update system - show Erasing after flashing ? Thx in advance!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 G930AUCUBCTB1 purchased in Colombia, I need help! I've upgrade it to 8.0 and the phone has signal, detects the sim but Emergency calls only. I want to downgrade to 6.0 but I cannot find the proper firmware that works. Any help?
Hello,
sometime ago, I tried to install a custom ROM (it required a repartitioning script) on my old Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) - SM-A320FL, but after many attempts I wasn't able to install the OS through the custom recovery (OrangeFox R11.0) so I gave up.
Now I decided to go back at it and give it another shot, but first I wanted to return to Stock ROM to see if everything was okay.
After flashing everything with Odin, the installation of Oreo fails, and so I'm stuck in the Stock Recovery.
I tried to flash the phone many times, I even tried doing Nand Erase and Re-partition by using the PIT file that was in the ROM I downloaded, but the outcome is always the same
(On the first reboot I can see the Android updating page, the installation fails, it throws me in recovery - If I reboot the phone it remains stuck on the white Samsung screen).
The stock Recovery always shows this error:

}
I downloaded the firmware files using Friya 1.4.4.0, with the Model set as SM-A320FL and the CSC as ITV (unbranded).
Maybe I choose the wrong CSC, and this is why it's not working, but I'm not sure. The other country codes for my country (IT) should be the following:
FWB, GOM, HUI, OMN (Vodafone), OXA*, TIM, VOM, WIN, XET

Honestly, I'm not sure on how this error can still persist after a complete re-flash of the device, so I'm here asking for your help. Thanks.
