I can't get this phone model variant activated on any network

Google told me it is a cdma variant, so I would assume a cdma carrier.

Is it new? Used? Where did you get it?

Port T-Mobile ROM to exynos variant

Since xnote was ported to exynos could the same be done for T-Mobile stock ROM so those of us with T-Mobile could have WiFi calling and VOLTE???
