Stock Recovery Image Requsted - Blu Vivo Air

Well long story short I used WINDROID to flash TWRP and now I can neither boot Stock Recovery or TWRP . If you are using Android 5.0 or above I do not recommend using Windroid or you will end up with the same result. I have tried the TWRP App first with no successful installs. If anyone has the stock recovery image I would appreciate it.
Thanks in Advanced

Lulz. The reason why this is happening is because stock nexus roms will ALWAYS try to flash back a normal recovery.
You need to try and find a way to flash back a custom recovery (ahem, fastboot flash recovery recovery.img)
and there should be a notification when you're about to reboot that says something like disable stock recovery?
Not sure if that was TWRP or CWM.
stock rom will replace your custom recovery with stock recovery.
Use Flashify app to flash img on phone

D802 Bricked. Please Help

While trying ti install CM 11 from TWRP i managed to brick the phone. I dont want to waste time sharing the details unless it's need to solve the problem. The main thing is that my phone is now stuck at the LG logo. Previously i was running the CM 10.2 Stable Build.
How can i get back to working condition? Either CM or Genuine LG Rom, I just want my phone to be up and running.
Please Help. I am really scared at this moment.
You don't share any details so I have to guess...
Enter recovery like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifi-ArGeTzQ , restore your Backup or flash another ROM, done.

I can enter both the modes shown in the video.
The thing is i was running CM 10.2 with a TWRP installed of version 2.6.3.2. I downloaded the CM 11 and went into TWRp to flash it but it couldnt flash the CM11. Then after searching the net i found out that TWRP 2.6.3.3 or higher is required to install CM11. The problem is that i wiped my dalvic, data, cache and system and did not keep a backup. So when the Cm11 wont install i was stuck in the TWRP as i didn not have the 10.2 rom file in the phone.
Then downloaded the TWRP 2.6.3.3 and also a CWM zip (just in case). Using ADB i tried to update the TWRM but still some other error shows up. Tried installing the CWm still some error shows up. i tried installing again and this time the recovery asked me to install superuser (though i was rooted). I selected YES and after that i am boot looping in the lg logo.
Anyways thats basically what happened. Now how do i get further and make my phone work again?
Please help brother. I am in deep trouble.
Thank You
Man... always keep a backup, you know, just in case
Shouldn't be a problem at all. You have ADB access right? So here is TWRP 2.6.3.4 those are flashable ZIPs.
Push the file, flash with recovery, reboot to recovery again and you should be on 2.6.3.4. Then flash CM11 and you are good to go...

So you can't enter the recovery like shown in the video? And the command adb reboot recovery doesn't work either?
At this point your only option is to return back to stock and start over but with a recovery from the link I provided in the other thread.

Ok then i will follow this process and hopefully be successful in getting my phone up and running.
Thanks for the help. Downloading 2Gb will take some time. So will post the result tomorrow.
Regarding rooting and installing custom recovery again, i will do that later. For now i just want my phone alive.
Anyways Thanks again everyone for the helpful information
Try getting to download mode right now. Because if you can't get to download mode you can't use the back to stock method
from my Note Thrizzle
Thanks everyone for the help and support. I have successfully reverted back to Stock LG Firmware.
I have some questions.
1. Do i have root access anymore?
2. Is my previous custom recovery still in my system?
3. If no for both then please help me with the appropriate article to root, install custom recovery and then install CM11, as my previous recovery was not able to install CM 11.
Thank You

[Q] Flashing on TWRP

I have a D801 (T-Mobile). I rooted it a while back. I'm a bit of a noob. Recently, I wanted to flash KitKat. To do that, I had to flash a custom recovery. I installed TWRP as that was the one my instructions gave me. However, I am unable to flash anything. I cannot flash kitkat, cwm, stock, etc. I need any and all suggestions to at least flash stock recovery though I would really prefer to flash cwm.

Got same Problem. Cant factory reset with twrp or cwm recovery. When i tried it frezzes when i flash a custom Rom sometimes shows me an error sometimes not. It doesent install or wipe. When i reboot everything is like before. Using stock LG rooted ... So no love for custom Roms hmm

Having a recovery that is up to date is key to flashing kitkat roms. I use Freegee. It's a free app in the Play Store. Once you install and run you'll have the option to install a recent twrp or cwm. You flash the recovery from the app, could not be easier. I recommend twrp 2.6.3.3 as I had issues with cwm 6.0.4.6 and it's also faster.
Make sure you're rooted before

I was rooted. Also, nothing seemed to recognize d801. They recognized the verizon, att, and the international but not t-mobile. I eventually just had to reinstall the stock rom as installing cwm over twrp froze my phone on the lg logo. Haven't gotten back around to rooting it again. When I do, I will definitely try that app.
Thank you

Thanks you for suggesting Freegee. I have been unable to flash anything for a while but after I downloaded Freegee and updated my version of TWRP I was able to flash the current version of PA.

OP2 Hybrid Recovery Problem

I have searched everywhere and end up with the same problem every time I try to install a custom recovery. I try many different recoveries and only old TWRP recoveries will boot but will not allow me to flash roms. I was using a modified custom recovery for the longest and was the only one I've managed to use, it was 3.0.1 IIRC by kinglilrowrow. Using this recovery I could flash roms. Now I can't find this recovery anywhere. Currently I can only boot into recovery using First Aid from the forum but have not been able to flash any roms.
Finally was able to flash TWRP 3.0.2-2 not sure how it worked. Went back to stock recovery and oxygen rom then followed the same guide but it worked this time. All the info and files from XDA so big thanks to the site and developers.
Sounds like you where stuck on the old bootloader, which would explain why newer recoverys didn't want to boot. Should have been solved by updating to OxygenOS 3. ?

Flashing TWRP not working after updating EMUI

I updated the EMUI version on my ALE-L02 from 3.1 to 4.1 using TWRP recovery. The disadvantage of this is that I lost TWRP afterwards as it was replaced by the stock recovery.
I tried to flash TWRP to the phone again using ADB, which said that the flash was successful. However, when rebooting into recovery mode, it boots into the stock recovery. Why is it doing this/how do I fix it?
You need to follow the instructions to get TWRP to boot after install. https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71429023&postcount=73

Try just pressing vol. up+ power, that happened to me sometimes. Also, as a tip, when flashing EMUI from TWRP first backup recovery than flash it. After that, don't reboot, go back and restore the recovery. Much easier for me.
