I am one of the only people that have not got the may update yet?
I normally get it within a week of release but still nothing on the 18th.
My Pixel C got it on day 2 of the release.

All we can tell you is to ADB sideload the OTA. Instructions on how to setup ADB are right here.

In gmail there's a setting about notify for every message. I enabled it and the problem seems to have improved.

well, i just recieved my Nexus on Thursday and really satified. But, after 2 days using, it freeze and reboot for several times, today is 3. Just wondering is it because of hardware or firmware and is there someone have the same problem?
Mine does this too. I'm holding out for a software update.

This is a known issue with 4.2. Rest assured, it's not hardware defect.

Can u list some?
Bugs have been found on the GALAXY NOTE 3 LTE SM-N9005 with firmware of N9005XXUBMI7, anyone have the following 3 issues?
1. Writing in message with S-Pen will not convert the text to words. (Stop working after 30 Sept)
2. Scrapbooker unable to capture the YouTube video link instead it capture an image. (Stop working after Youtube Update)
3. Reading Mode doesn't dim the screen to a warmer (slight orange) tone just like the GALAXY Note 8 after adding the application into the enabled list.
Reading mode: Select which applications will use reading mode. In reading mode, the device will dim the display which helps protect your eyes when reading at night.
Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xA0D25W_5Wc (source from Youtube)
Update: Samsung said that a new software update will be released soon to rectify issue 1 and 2, no news on issue 3.
I thought you found insects in the screen or something.
How you know is confirm there is a new update?? is here any link or something?

I'd also like to know where Samsung has publicized a bug-fix update, if you could post a link.
Also, would an update of this kind still have to be validated by carriers in the US (possibly months of waiting), or would it be direct to the users?
Fixed!

If found two bugs on two devices. I replaced one to find the new one had the same issues!!!
1. Screen brightness changes regardless if the user has ALL the settings turned off. I think it has something to do with the heat of the screen?
2. When recording video in low light conditions and connected to WIFI occasional purple lines will appear horizontally on the screen every now and then
I have now taken my second Note 3 back and refunded all together. I will think about buying another when these are fixed. TBH i can live with the camera issue but the screen brightness problem i cannot ignore!
I have a bug with my Note 3 with the "WatchON" app.
It keeps crashing on load, just black screen then it says "Unfortunately Samsung WatchON has stopped working"
It worked the first time I loaded it when I first got my phone bot not anymore.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

ive had 3 .. note 3's. att. None of them had that issue.may want to disable app and clear cache\data under app management
Each phone has used it on 2 tv's and cable box's and a samsung dongle.
I tried and it didn't work.
Maybe I should take it back to the Samsung store and ask them for a fresh new phone instead of this defective crap since I have warranty.

This App is complete crap, it doesn't let you exit without forcing it to shut down.

I'm on my 2nd note 3 and the first one didn't have this issue. The replacement I got has been having this issue since day 1. The only solution I've found is to turn Watch On off in the application manager. I'm hoping this is just a software bug and not a problem with the phone itself. It's strange how I didn't have this problem with the first note 3 so I'm kinda scratching my head on this one.

Turning it off fixed it for me also. You would think all of this bloatware would be well tested before the phones release. I am wondering if the app updated and the new update caused the problem. I am planning on downloading a new IR Remote App anyway. On Verizon

EDIT:
Ok it's called Live TV not T-Mobile TV. It wasn't on my phone until today. My coworker looked on his phone and it is on his phone too, and it wasn't there before.
Pretty alarming, and at least we can uninstall it, but makes you wonder what they can do in the future.

It was on my phone from first boot. I actually subscribe to Sling TV so the discount was a nice little bonus. I've since deleted the app but I want to say it was like 30% off for a year? They applied the discount to my existing sling account like Netflix does with their promotion.

That's so weird that some people are having it pop up today. I was part of the first batch of people to get their s7e last Monday and it was already installed. I've since disabled everything t-mobile using package disabler pro. Maybe if I hadn't I would have seen it pop back up today? I dunno.
Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
I had mine since Tuesday and I didn't see that icon. I did disable majority of the T-mobile apps, and a few Samsung ones. First time I saw that app today. Maybe you would have seen it or maybe it was downloaded correctly during setup, but didn't for some of us and why it showed up now for some of us. Hard to say.

If you don't know how to register, simply download the Samsung beta program from the galaxy apps store (not play store) and then follow the prompts.

Mine works fine without the wipe.
I was just sharing my experience as I just got the phone the day before. I had the phone all set up it was working fine on Android 6.0.1. I upgraded to the beta for nougat Android 7.0 and immediately my phone kept rebooting every 30 seconds or little bit longer. Once I realized the data I have not had any issues at all.

I had massive restart loop every 30 seconds yesterday. Have been troubleshooting. Ultimately had to rewipe again, to get it to work.
Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
I downloaded the app this afternoon, did the registration, went into my setting and checked for an update and it downloaded nougat. The one thing I have found is that Bluetooth sucks! Seriously my music breaks up with it just in my pocket and I'm wearing Bluetooth headphones. Then I took it out of my pocket and put it on the counter and I can't get 5 feet away from the phone and the music breaks up again. Prior to the update I could go to the gym, put my phone down and be a good 40 feet away and it would still work fine.

Thanks to this thread I installed the beta Nougat OS.
Nothing bad so far. I did NOT wipe or remove data.
So far, I really like it. The SoTP meter says it's faster. Only thing that doesn't work so far is my Agenda Widget. Love the improved AOD. Battery seems to last a little longer, but not enough experience to say definitively. I did notice that the phone was warm when at 100% this morning. Haven't seen that since the update that stopped us charging to 100% (even though the display said it was).
The options in Settings are better- much better control of notifications.
I'll post more as I discover it.

Sprint users were part of the beta too, so it shouldn't be like rollouts in the past. Although I don't understand why we've been testing 7.0 and the final is supposed to be 7.1.1, unless Sprint stays on 7.0.

If sammy sends them 7.1.1 them that's what we will get. 7.1.1 isn't that much different from 7.0 just a few features added like app menu short cuts which wouldnt take much for them to add in the final release .I really dnt get how beta is over with all bugs not fixed. I personality still have an issue with Youtube videos not working after some time. Notification tones stop working after some time. No factory reset or caches clear has fixed this in the whole beta process.

Strange, it is working perfectly for me.
I got an update last week on my T715 and it works fine except the auto brightness is a bit mental. It keeps going bright and then dull about every 5 seconds.

Wonder if these roms have some sort of calibration thing going on when they first load?
