Hi guys, im on 6.0.1 stock marshmallow in the uk, i have installed titanium backup 7.4.0 pro/donate version. I cant protect backups anymore, is there a setting or way to do it on marshmallow? Thanks

I can tick that option but when i click on a app under backup/restore, and then tap on the app detail, i only get the "send this backup" option and the protect this backup option not there anymore. Check the image below. This has occured since i came to 6.0.1 from KK 4.4.2

to unroot ur phone: Go to supersu, go to settings, scroll down till u see ''cleaup'' and tap full unroot.
Don't make duplicate threads about the same issue (Especially so when people are already helping you in your thread in General).

Yes, but you might have to install a custom firmware or return to stock without root, or just remove the root and wait for the ota update.

I wonder if it is possible to make a update.zip in Titanium Backup from Kitkat Rom and then flash Lollipop Rom and then restore the Kitkat apps update.zip

It wont hurt to try. It would go in system/app. Remember to change permissions
