Unless Samsung adds it, not without root.
It's available in Good Lock.

Looking for an app or a quick way to access bluetooth settings (without having to swipe down quick settings).
The apps I used on my other phone force closes. Not sure why samsung is making this hard. Tried anycut and more shortcuts btw. Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to add a hotspot button to my homescreen? On my S III I had a button that got to the homescreen that took me to my hotspot screen so I could quickly change settings and enable it. Is there a way to get this feature on the s5?
Just downloaded the app Anycut from the play store. Makes any shortcut you need.

When I take down my notification center, there is no brightness-bar. How can I get it back again?

Go to settings. Notification panel
I was just wondering if you could add hotspot toggle to quick settings because you could on the S5 and S6.

I have the Hotspot toggle already there. I'm on the U firmware.

I don't want to use that firmware because I want to have my phone rooted.

I had it on the Sprint firmware as well.
Download nova launcher, add an activity widget to the homescreen... scroll down to settings and find the hotspot icon to add to your desktop. Should give you all your hotspot settings.
Somebody knows how to add the split screen toggle to the status bar? I like to use it a lot but is not accessible as other notes.
