Hi guys,
Posting after a looong time on Xda i guess was a silent reader but suddenly from few days I'm facing this issue on my MXP.
I am using a stock ROM rooted and happy with that. not the Marshmullux or any other custom stock ROM but the Original rooted ROM.
When my battery reaches at 30% it suddenly starts to behave wierd and get's laggs! I am typing something and after sometime it will be typed. ( i don't know how to explain ). Any suggestions, except for formatting or wiping data and flash it again?

Hey guys!
Got a little problem here!
Here's the situation, I'm perfectly able to flash CM6.10 (? - The latest stable for Wildfire anyway), but I've had no luck when trying to flash CM7. Either, it gets stuck at the white HTC splash after flashing and rebooting, or it gets stuck at the CM splash screen. The arrow just stops moving around in circles and freezes!
Not completely sure what this could be, I clear everything before I flash CM7 so ... And I ofc admit that I'm no sort of expert in this area, as almost every single flash has been perfectly fine to me, so I thought that you guys could figure this one out .
Regards
Try flashing kernel v4.1 from the HCDR.Kernel thread from the Wildfire Android Development Zone. Since you say you have cleared everything as stated by the first post in CM7, guess I wont be going into that.
I actually tried that as a last resort before going to bed yesterday, and that solved the problem! So thanks anyway, you were right !
Later on I installed the Gapps for CM7, but then when i booted my phone, i got the "Low Memory"-warning that wants you to remove some apps, and all the apps started to crash all the time. Especially the browser, not entirely sure of what's causing all this!
Hi,
I had the same boot problem and 4.1 also fixed it for me. I've not had any low memory issues but I only really have the google applications... One problem I do have is that I don't seem to be able to pair with any Bluetooth devices, I just don't get long enough to type in the PIN!
Can't post a report on the dev thread as I'm new here...
Andy
PS Which 6.10 have you been using? Did you have any Bluetooth issues?
Hello together,
after ive updated yesterday to the nightly 204 ive got a serious problem.
Every time i use the mobile data connection....the phone is rebooting.
The really wired thing is that after ive restored my backup which was totally stable, the problem is still there. Even when i try my really old recovery of the stock sense...the phone is rebooting something like 20 seconds after using
a mobile data connection (which is working in that amount of time)
I have really no idead what to do now.....any help is welcome.
Thx in advance!
Try reflashing the radio. (All 3 versions, if one of them doesn't solve the issue) I believe pyroblazer was having a similar issue on the RemPuzzleROM and a radio reflash fixed it.
at first i want to thank 3xeno for his quick help (as he always does). Really thanks..the community lives because people like you.
Ive solvend the problem....after 2 times wiping all... the only backup which is working flawless is my old stock sense, all other cm7 backups reboot after using mobile data connection. When i wipe all and install a clean cm7 nightly 204 ...its working too, but at moment ive no time to install everything, so i will keep the stock sense for some days.
The wired thing is...that this bug appears after i updated from the 202nightly to 204 and especially wired is that all my cm7 backups are now affected by this problem that never happend in the past.
There is a problem. Phone spontaneously freezes and reboots .. The last hope for your forum .. Immediately apologize for my English. I use google translator.
The phone was in the store with 74 CU firmware. Put Root, Russian patch cmw. Everything was fine, but the phone did not work a day, and they almost never used, and the use of the network in the first place. I was advised to calibrate the battery, and the program defy baseband. I'm not used the phone. A few days later there were complaints that the phone periodically freezes and goes to reboot ... Only helps the removal of the battery ... When I received it a few days, it was impossible to use it. In any action it hangs. That is, I press the menu, configuration vayfay and everything freezes. I tried to flash the firmware 139. redlayt through 3.9. In airplane mode the phone is not hung up about .. So I thought that the case in GSM module .. But he, too, hung .. In the end, I installed CyanogenMod 7. Phone is better, but sometimes it still hangs. And it is not logical and unexpected. Working half a day. Then suddenly you come into a notebook and all ... crashed. In the case of market crashes.
I tried to change the CPU frequency. voltage. I tried to dump the entire cache and flash again .. does not help. It is your last hope. Perhaps this marriage. Help please.
full sbf
2.3.6 uk 188 defy full sbf wifi does not work properly the signal drops or reboot motorola closed bootloader s*ck
Anyone can help me? =(
have to send back this phone to CU =(((( so bad
I'm in uk with a second hand defy from eBay. Was just about to start a new thread detailing my woes. I've tried flashing several SBFs with no joy. Lots of fcs and reboots sometimes frequent sometes and hour apart. Seems to be mainly whilst using gps even happens when in flight mode.
Could it be incompatible radios? I would have though I would have problems with wifi or signal but I do not.
I've flashed the stock uk orange 2.2 rom and also tried the stock 2.3.4 sbf.
My next port of call was going to be cyanogen mod, however I am unable to install as I can find no way to instal a custom recovery. I am able to atchive root using super one click. However this OS where the success ends.
If someone could indicate a fool proof way of instantly CWM and CM I believe this rom will be my last hope, although ready the first post in this thread makes me think otherwise :-(
Your thought are welcome
Cheers
Hi everyone,
Until recently I've been using a KitKat based ROM and I was pretty OK with how my NOTE 3 SM-9005 was performing. However, a few days ago I decided to try a Lollipop based ROM and the problems started. I had similar problems with 3 different ROMs with great reviews. My battery went, for example, from 100% to 15% in ONE HOUR while streaming from YouTube. It never did that before. Also, It sometimes gives a "system stopped responding" error or something like that (it's like the equivalent of explorer.exe crashing on Windows) and after a few seconds it starts working again. Other system apps crash as well every now and then and sometimes the phone just decides to restart by itself.
I initially used Philz recovery and after the initial errors I switched to TWRP and started from scratch. I completely wiped my system internal space before flashing and, of course, I wiped dalvik cache and cache before and after flashing the ROM. I only used recommended gapps. Also, I did not restore any system apps. I started from scratch after the installation and the problem is the same.
To be more exact, I tries flashing so far the following ROMS, experiencing more or less the same problems on each:
temasek's UNOFFICIAL CM12.1
AryaMod V5.4 TW Lollipop Official BOB6
BlissPop 3.5 Unofficial
I also tried the Dirty Unicorns v9.4 ROM from the Original Android Development section but this one went on a reboot loop initially after the first restart so it never really even installed.
At this point I believe I might have done something that I should't have, but it seems strange because this is not the first time I am flashing a new ROM and I never had problems in the past. Also, my NOTE 3 SM-9500 did not have any problem on my previous KitKat ROM. Did I miss something? Should I have used another kernel? If I understood correctly, the ROMs come with a recommended kernel already. If this is not the problem, what could it be? Should I have done any additional thing before flashing a Lolipop ROM after using a KitKat ROM?
I now installed an app for trying to find out what exactly drains my battery but this is not the only problem. The system itself is really unstable.
I would really appreciate some help, suggestions, or opinions. I really don't know what else should I be doing at this point.
Thanks a lot!
Apparently is the media server eating all that battery (currently 68%).
I will format the SD card hoping this fixes the issue.....but could this have something to do with the system error and, sometimes, restarts?
Well I really don't know what to say! A lot of people report battery problems on 5.0 just because they didn't wipe the phone while coming from KK! But you did, so that's no go. Battery life on LP is much better than KK for me, at least 20% better if not more. And I didn't face any system crashing issues either! Don't really know what's going on with you mate.
Someone suggested that maybe I shoud update the bootloader and modem to a Lollipop version but I really couldn't find any info on how to do that.
Formatting the SD card just slightly reduced the battery drain. The phone is still discharging like crazy. Any suggestion on how to update the bootloader and modem?
Thank you.
Hi,
For some reason my phone is booting to TWRP every time I try to Power On the phone or charge my phone while its turned off. I am facing this for these couple of weeks. I don't think I did any sort of change to device. It started to happen all of the sudden. The problem started on Stock TouchWiz 5.0. So I thought maybe flashing custom rom may fix it. So I tried to flash AospExtended ROM and the problem is still not gone. On top of it the phone also reboots randomly and boots to recovery. The frequency of the reboots on Stock TW was low but in Custom ROM it is frequent. I didn't tried flashing stock firmware yet for now because I don't have access to my PC yet.
Please can anyone help me with the problem. My phone is SM-G530H running on XCU1BPB1 Firmware.
Thanks
Just flash the stock rom using odin everything will be fine
