Is it possible to screen mirror a note 3:s screen to a pc without usb debugging? I have one with a busted lcd and I have tried a mhl to hdmi adapter, without succés. Is it possible to mirror the screen without doing ANYTHING on the phone?

Hi i have slim port and mhl cables and both dont work, is the device even support them ?
Since I still owe over $200 on my Galaxy S4 with destroyed display and digitizer, but can operate it via the USB port with Vysor, I'm wondering if there's a way to convert it into a media center device to connect to an HDMI port on a TV? I've seen MHL+power and OTG+power cables, but is there a way to have MHL+OTG+power together?
If it's not possible to do all three together through the USB port, relying on Bluetooth for mouse and keyboard input, it will need a way to completely disable attempting to contact the cellphone network while leaving WiFi and Bluetooth enabled.
I have this Note 3 which has a busted screen (touch seems to react, LCD black). So I got a smart dock for it so I could use it with my tv as a "desktop computer". But when I plug it in the dock the phone starts charging and the docks OTG light comes on, but the TV still doesn`t show anything.
Do you guys know any possible fixes?
I also tried mirroring with a pc, but as USB debugging is off I can't do that either, any ideas on how to turn it on with a busted screen?
did you connect the MHL adapter to a power source?

Yes, I tried it out with a S3 and it worked perfectly. The only thing I can think of is that there are some mirroring settings that are not toggled.
Hi,
Is there anyway to use Sidesync or other Software to connect my Phone with my Pc to control?
The Display is broken, no way to do anything. There is no Display Lock, the Phone itselfs works..i can use web.whatsapp and i can hear the Sounds from incoming messages and calls.
The Phone is rooted but usb debugging is disabled.
Please help.
Regards,
Ben
A USB otg cable and a computer mouse and and an hdmi connection is generally the answer I hear for this problem maybe some sort of y usb otg cable and a USB to hdmi adapter that is probably your best bet and then connect the USB to hdmi to a TV or maybe a pc
oh and you'll need a hdmi cable
sent from my nexus 4 I also own a voyager tablet and an I-phone 4s
