Hey guys...
Recently unlocked bootloader and rooted my Huawei P8 lite. Decided to do a factory reset, but phone just hangs at the bootloading stage where it shows the Huawei logo.
Any ideas how I can get past this point or indeed why it's hanging there?
Many thanks in advance.
wipe cache/dalvik
if what doesen't work, re-flash the stock rom
Thanks for the reply...
Sorry if I'm coming across as a bit stupid, but could you point me in the direction of some instructions to flash the stock ROM?

Hi guys, i have a friend of mine has a problem with a LG G2 stuck in recovery. He said that the phone, after a failed update, only boots into recovery. Maybe wiping everything and flashing a new rom will do the trick? Is there a possibility that the phone won't work anymore? Thanks in advance for the help.
Im on the latest Februarys version. Bootloader is unlocked. Flashed twrp-3.0.2-0-clark then this Is where I think I muffed up. installed SU 2.76. Then read somewhere to reflash 2.62. Right now im stuck on the blue M with circles. I need some help. I don't know where or what to do next. Ive read as much as I can but to no avail. If some one can help me I would appreciate and input.

Did you try wiping cahe and dalvik cache by rebooting into TWRP?
Do you have nandroid backup of your original ROM? if you have the backup then restore it.
Always make nandroid backup using TWRP before flashing anything like SUperSU / Viperfor andoird or any other custom kernel.
Thanks
Unfortunately I don't have a backup. in my excitement I proceeded. I did wipe dalvik cache. There has to be way out of this. But my knowledge is limited with android.. Im use to the old days of using RSD Lite to install image again. Is there a way to that:?
Well I done it now. It says no OS. When it boots it stuck on bootloader has been unlocked screen. Someone please help me. To restore to stock. Thanks in advance.
Nevermind figured it out myself. Any1 new to this and did what I did. go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-style/development/pure-firmware-tuff-wip-t3224833

Happens sometime.. Happened with me too.. Dont know why but flashing supersu 2.76 sometimes gets stuck at bootlogo.. Try flashing system image.. If that does not help then force upgrade via putting update.app in external memory
Sent from my ALE-L21 using XDA-Developers mobile app

force upgrade will overwrite the twrp recovery with huawei stock recovery. isn't it?
should i flash system image extracted from stock update through twrp or bootloader?

yes i prefer this version of supersu rather than 2.76... i always flashed these two zips, but that day, on a mood swing, i flashed 2.76... will never do that again...
glad it worked out for you...
cheers
Just take the update.app of b525, tear it apart with Huawei Extractor and flash boot cust system and recovery via fastboot.
I was cleaning up my nephew's device and I've probably deleted some "necessary" system app so I'm now stuck on Bootscreen. I can access stock recovery but wiping data/cache did not help.
I (once) managed to bring this screen up but I don't know how and I don't understand a word of it....
What are the steps on flashing stock? I already downloaded the firmware on my PC. What tool should I use to flash? I never tinkered with Huawei device before. Any help?
