I am looking for sdks/tools/ ... for mobile development.
e.g.
- sdk like the flash player sdk (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer_sdk/),
to integrate flash functionality into own applications, has anybody used it?
- are there any sdks that provide advanced multimedia functionalities?
(e.g. access to build in cameras and convertion functionalities)
- or recognition tools speech recognizers, synthesizers ...
- or cool graphic libraries
- or sip and IM functionalties
I am willing to spend some money to get the best software,
my target os is windows mobile
would be happy to get some feedback on what is currently available and used by experts.

The Washington Business Journal reports that Sprint has launched a next-generation open software platform that lets developers use the same code, tools and resources for mobile device applications as for computer desktop applications, and it also provides access to Sprint-specific device features. The platform is called Sprint Titan platform for Sprint Windows Mobile devices.

Search tools are shocking...
I was wondering if there is some sort of HTC SDK for HTC HD2 phone so I can easily access g-sensor, light sensor, etc.
I have found few handmade ones, but few people on internet have mentioned about official HTC SDK for .net platform.
Was wondering where I can get that
