{help} Downgrading from leaked lollipop to kitkat 4.4.2

Hello friends i flashed leaked version of lollipop on i9500 and i wanna back to kitkat, can anyone tell me the procedure?:crying:

I installed Leaked Chinese version of Lollipop in Samsung Galaxy S4 GT i9500. That stupid o.s doesnt have any of the Google app not even playstore. I tried reverting back to Kitkat! but i got failed error messages.
Please someone guide me! is there a way to revert back to Kitkat.

If you want google apps just flash the android lollipop gapps and voilá

But since you have break the knox you are not able to downgrade your phone i think

Hi friends i flashed the CHN version lollipop after flashed that thing i can't go back to kitkat.but finally i flashed the 'philztouch recovery' via odin and rerooted and flashed the 5.0.1 gapps its done.but how can i go back to kitkat pls tell me any one?

There doesn't seem to be any fix for this. Some users posted that they managed to change to another rom, but they lost the IMEI and baseband. And they don't seem to be able to restore any of them. Even with a backup.

Probably not possible because you also can't downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3, so it makes sense that you can't downgrade.

before install any one cyanogenmod fom sdcard and nest install kitkat with odin )))

Hello friend, you can describe how you managed to install the google apps? can pass me the links where I can download them ??? I just need to install the Google Apps as well have the features I need (calendar and contacts integrated google the phone). Thank you for your help.

i had the same prb with my s4 i9500 black edition. what i did is that i installed the official releas of android 5.0.1 (that you can find it in XDA forum) with odin than i downgrad it to 4.4.2 and the phone works.
I hope that it will work for you too

Is there a guide available to downgrade the 19505 from Lollipop ( at the moment i am using Official Cyanogenmod 12 5.0.2) to Kitkat ? I miss the features of the Xposed Modules very badly. In my opinion it is a disadvantage to upgrade your phone to Lollipop .

I have the same problem. even not connecting to kies to emergency firmware recovery.

I'm also having the same problem with downgrading from "lol"ipop to k.k.just pls anyone tell me one thing ?when I going to download mod in download mod menu in my i9500 i saw a strange words like this in blue colour I never saw like this before "securemod-enabeled"this is it. If is this means boot is locked??? If yesI means tell me how to unlock boot loader.

I have searched online i got a website samobile something like that, i searched there is note 3 upgrade but its like country wise i am in Pakistan and i dont know which country one should i download.. Please help me.. Waiting for your answers..

You can download the 'KSA' region ( saudi arabia ) stock rom. it's preety stable. if you don't know how to flash the downloaded firmware , check this thread ----> http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/general/finally-official-5-0-firmware-galaxy-t3029557

the KSA stock rom is not ok, rom pollued i try 8 times to download it. dont work.

Yes it works, it's some problem at your end, everybody else was fine with KSA stock, including me.

I don't say that your rom is bad, I wanted to use it but
The downloads links always give me a unusable file, it's not the rom witch is bad , it's the links, sorry but I tried many times, if you can give me a secure way to download it, I'll do with pleasure, thanks.

That was likely a bad flash that made you loose your imei, and most networks block phones without imei.
Please factory reset, flash original stock rom, factory reset again. Hopefully it will recover your imei, if not, please search XDA for alternative options.

bootloop N910F at optimizing apps

Hello guys, im very new in here posting, ive been always a spectator..
i dont know if im breaking a rule but ive asked for help and no one helps me..
i ve an unbranded N910F live unit demo, and ive flashed all the 5.1.1 official roms out there and i always get a bootloop... and i really want to install it on my phone to fix the issues of sync and crashes when using facebook etc..
if this thread breaks a rule, please move it or close it please
any help would be great

Can you flash modem and bootloader in your live demo unit?
The problem can really be the "nature" of the live demo unit.. usually those units run special firmware and are not "able" to run official firmwares like the 5.1.1

I don't know if this will work with your "live demo unit" but, because you're saying that your phone model is N910F, have you tried to flash _alexndr's re-packed lollipop firmware?

I am in deep trouble. While trying to install custom ROM on my Samsung J5 SM-500G/DS (Pakistan), things went wrong. Now I want to install official firmware on it using Odin. However, I am unable to find official rom for 500G variant of J5. There are some available for 500G on sam-mobile but the regions/countries are others. I do not see any stock firmware for 500G for Pakistan region.
Please help me out. This is my primary mobile. Thanks in advance.

Now whenever I start my phone, it gets to TWRP and is stuck there. Along with official firmware for my S500G, please also guide me how to get this back in working condition.

As far as I know, in Pakistan the Galaxy J5 bears the model number SM-J500H. Are you sure that the device is SM-J500G and brought from the countey itself? If yes, there is no harm in flashing other regions firmware for J500G. Better choose the Indonesian/Malaysian firmware.

Upon flashing the stock firmware via odin, you will get the device in normal condition. Best of luck.
