Hi, i've been trying for a wile to recover all data from a Galaxy S4 with touchscreen broken to a new Galaxy S5 Neo. I've been able to recover most informations form my S4 with samsung Kies 3 and the new samsung Smart Swich (contacts, sms...). But i haven't been able to recover games and programs on S4, losing all progressions.
In the past, i've used Helium that worked perfectly (saving game and recovering in a new phone with all progression) but since i've only have access to the phone by the computer, i can't confirm anythings on the screen (all softwares needs autorisation except samsung ones). I've tried software to clone the screen in windows and it didn't work.
I've tried drag an drop in windows 10 and didn't work. I don't find the program and the data. I don't understand the structure of android and i think i don't see everythings.
I've been playing to some games for years and i want to keep the levels in the game.
Can you help?
Thanks
Michel

Yesterday we bought two Galaxy S III cell phones. I downloaded several apps but when I tried to download the same app to my wife's cell, I could not.
The app/s show already installed. I tried by using my PC laptop and then the wife's cell, but in both cases I could not download. The samsung model number was unlite.
Help
You use one Google accont for both phones?
Shouldn't this be in the S3 forum, not the S4 forum.
One of my buddies mentioned to me that the old Samsung Focus WP7 phone had the ability to unlock Bluetooth Internet tethering. I really would like to be able to share my 4G connection on my ATIV S Neo with my Galaxy S4, mostly because Google Glass is kind of useless with Windows Phone and I don't want to switch back to my S4 as my main phone.
Has anyone figured how to bypass the check that verifies whether or not Internet Sharing is turned on with your plan?

Some people have reported that switching csc codes worked on the normal Ativ S, but I don't know if that works on the NEO.

So I am about to get the new Galaxy S7 Edge and I wondered if there is an easy way to transfer my apps + DATA from an unrooted Note 4 to the Edge?
I heard the Samsungs SmartSwitch Program should do the trick but I am not sure if it copies the app data too.
Any help here is appreciated.
Helium will back up app data and restore it to s7e, but you will need a pc to use it
So last week i finally upgraded my phone. I got a Samsung Galaxy note 10+ and i had to transfer everything over to it and used smart switch however it didnt transfer over everything. Can i please get help. I only have 1 day left to find out how i can do it. It took me all week to transfer everything else over to my new phone except those 3 things which i want. My old phone is a samsung s7 edge.
If you want to transfer data from your old Samsung Galaxy S7 to the new Galaxy note 10+, you can try Samsung Smart Switch. Of course, if they are both in your hands, you can also try Phone Transfer program to help you transfer data between Samsung phones. Usually, data like app, contacts, sms, music, photos, videos, books, call logs can be easily transferred. Just have a try and choose the one you like.
