You are looking at least at 39.99 for 500 minutes plus 30 for web/data plan ...
PS Wirefly early termination fee may be high alone besides $200 to T-Mobile... Other than that I better like BOGO deal with HD2 and Tmobile. Friend of mine just got two - extended one line and got another line - paid 200$ both phones and they let him activate only one web data as his wife does not really need it...

no contracts for playbooks. but that deal is really ymmv. not guaranteed to work. doesn't hurt to try though, would only get rejected.

Sure Att will just get the 16gb model...and the Exclusive Red colour...but guess what guys, we'll be able to get it as early as the 18th of this month...thats even earlier than the Canadian release...sorry for you huys waitin for the verizon model, which is comin more than a month from today..9th July!!

Not bad for a cheap prepaid phone. Should be fine for Facebook/texting/light browsing. It's water-proof though, and that's the selling point.

It also has ICS on it.

There is also the Kyocera Rise (shows GB in screenshot, but it actually has ICS) which has similar specs but is a QWERTY slider on Virgin Mobile for $29.99 at Target on Black Friday:

At the very least it makes a nice iPod-Touch-esque device. It won't wow you with it's power, but it'll play music, do Facebook, and all the basics just fine.
