Just received an OTA G935AUCU2APD1. Don't know anything about what's in it,but noticed right off the bat a cool notification of missed call on edge bar. Don't have a pic of it, sorry. Maybe that's always been something, but I have never seen it before.

I noticed the edge notification thing before the update. Haven't noticed any difference so far.

Still no idea how to replicate it. Seems to happen randomly. I usually have to turn off and on the screen to get it working again.

Strange issue, in thinking it could be the screen protector, or maybe you have all in one gestures enabled or a similar app that allows you to tap on statusbar for something. , or could just be defective. That's all I got. There was an awesome update today for T-Mobile
It fixes screen sensitivity and palm rejection as well as battery and performance upgrades. Its a great update but don't take it if you are gonna want root because they might find a vulnerability on the old software. Or maybe they find it on later software. No one really knows right now. Its up to u but I upgraded. Its worth it to me.

Some guys on Reddit said it could be cerebrus. Status lock messes with it

This weekend the family and I were out doing some things and I took a few videos. As I replayed them back I noticed a few of them started to have these scrambled lines at the beginning. They cleaned up about 2 seconds into the video. Just wondering if anyone knows what might have caused this as the day before and nothing like this happened on any videos.

Well never mind till later. Won't let Me upload the video

mine does the EXACT same thing. Prob a software bug. Hopefully an update comes soon for that.
It's a hardware issue with the camera, get it replaced. Saw this on reddit

Randomly my haptic feedback stops and won't come back until I reboot. Anyone else have this issue?
Yes. It's annoying. Don't understand why. Also my apps well randomly not be available. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Super frustrating

Mine all of a sudden went super weak. I have it turned up all the way in the settings. Not sure what's going on.

I feel like Samsung phones are RPG based and they only have a certain amount of points to use so they take the IR Blaster and add the SD slot back, they add water resistance and locked the boot loader. Why can't they just give without taking?

This happens to me as well. Is this a software issue? I have an international version, though.

Hi its been a few days and my touch sensitivity has gone abit funny, more on the lower left side of screen. I.e. if i scroll up or down on the browser, links get pressed. P.s. i have the same screen protector on since and before the issue.
I read somewhere that if in dialer you type *#2663# and update
TSP firmware, it may fix the problem. I wanted to know if this method would trip knox? Also besides this are there any other methods?
Thanks

I've used this method and it doesn't trip Knox. It improved my touch responsiveness some. Think it brings those touchscreen drivers/firmware in line with your OS firmware. Also try cleaning your screen well. I find a little dust on the "edge" part of the screen causes issues. All else fails try a different firmware.

What phone did you try it on? Was it a S7/S7E? Thanks

S7 Edge. But I noticed now on 7.0 beta you can't access the menu anymore. On MM 6.0 I could.

I gave it a shot. I think its made the problem worser. Getting delays upon touches. Any way to revert back the firmware?

Maybe they installing a full stock rom is your next step. Don't think there is an undo for that. What firmware and country are you using?

I have same problem but not always, just sometimes, also if I reboot the phone but it resolves himself, randomly.

Noticed that since being installed, all missed calls show on the left side of the direct call edge app and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove them. Help appreciated.

I had the same thing happen but only for one text message on a single contact. The only thing that fixed it for me was to Uninstall the People Edge then re-install it. Notification went away. I've never had it happen since.
