SD Card Damaged

Hi guys, it was here a few times, but i have complicated problem.
When I was using the phone, from nothing it showed me SD Card is damaged. I have formated it, copied Nandroid to my SD and restored the Nandroid. Rebooted and all is the same! Apps on SD-Ext don't work and in status bar is SD Card is damaged. This is going to be 2 days and I have made about 6 times Format and about 20 times restored the Nandroid copy or flashed the ROM.
In some times, it showed me errors like:
Error : run 'nandroid-mobile.sh restore' via console
If it showed, I have restored Nandroid via console by Amon_RA. I have tried clean ROM, all Nandroid backups I have (about 8) and nothing worked. Will work if I UNROOT and ROOT again?
Thanks for future for help
I had this. It was immediately solved in within minutes when I wiped and re-partitioned my SD card. I was only so care free because I'm wiping my phone almost every one or two days now in testing. (I needlessly re-partition the SD for each wipe and mount in RA recovery to put the ROM zip on it).
That is very true, i have that issue constantly. Just do what the above poster said, and never remove the SD card with out an umount.

,,,You have to backup EFS once (via non-buggy twrp) and keep it stored on mobile and PC
... For ROMs..You just BACKUP system data boot
And restore them
... when shifting () different builds marshmallow to nougat... nougat 7.0 to 7.1 or whatever.. you need to INSTALL (not backup or restore) the CORRESPONDING vendor
That's it

TWRP Restores f2fs error

I have unlocked the bootlaoder and am running TWRP 3.2.1-0 and have made several onto my SD card. All completed with no issues.
Upon attempting to restore, the backup seems to work and then a TWRP message that says the restore won't boot unliess I change to f2fs.
I've never used f2fs and am wondering is this because of the version of oreo (OPS28,85-13) that I am running?
So I have backups that I can't use or could I move them to internal storage from the card?
Thanks

Bootloop after restoring backup in TWRP

I'm getting enablefilecrypto_failed error after restoring nand backup in TWRP. Is there any solution? I know I can format data and install any ROM but I need some data from that backup.
How can I at least restore some data like sms, contacts from this backup? It seem Titanium Backup PRO cannot extract anything from it. I can't extract it with 7zip either (I read it somewhere it's probably TWRP's method of packing - f2fs.win000/win001/etc files, with matching sha2 files). Does it mean TWRP incorrectly encrypted this backup or is it incorrectly decrypting while restoring? I didn't get any error while backing up nor restoring (besides above, but that's after not while)
I'm also not sure if I had Magisk in this backup or not (maybe incorrectly uninstalled, which I tried to do apparently and lost device certification after and couldn't use gpay before said bootloop)
Failing to update Magisk was the reason that forced me to restore nandroid backup in the first place. But I'm getting above error even if I try to restore it from MIUI or any other lineageos.
you have backup, so copy it to PC, format data, install ROM and restore backup
My first sentence: "I'm getting enablefilecrypto_failed error after restoring nand backup in TWRP"
Solved it by uninstalling Magisk after restoring backup, even before first reboot
