Any of these Chinese watcheds support s health. Don't really want to pay for a Samsung gear watch etc.
Or even a cheap band like xiaomi style would be good.

Looking for smartwatch compitible with Note 8 and Oneplus 7. My basic purpose to use watch is as a remote camera trigger and remote camera viewfinder for phone.

I think Samsung Gear 3 should work just fine. It does work with Iphone, so why wouldn't it work with other phones

If you want amazing Camera go for S8 (A70 camera is not that bad it is pretty Good)
Long Battery and 25w charging? Go for A70.
Display? Both are impressive.
A70 is 6GB/128GB but S8 is 4GB/64GB.
Underdisplay Fingerprint and is really fast on A70.
I have used S8 for 2 years and now i am on A70, just missing AMAZING Camera from S8 otherwise A70 is amazing.
+Point is that, A70 will support 2 more upgrades like Android 10 and 11 but S8 is ended on Android 9 sadly.
Please note also that S8 is certified IP68, meaning water and dust resistant, while A70 is not:

That may give a longer life to the phone, which is not ridiculous taking into account the price level and the environmental impact.
S8 is trash compared to a70.

I recently bought a kospet prime, for ~90.00, but I think you can find a zeblaze thor for less, maybe for 60.00
I had Mi watch lite. it's pretty cool and cheap. it has watch faces that you can download it from "Xiaomi wear" app, watch faces release new ones mostly every day.
