Hello sir, what version of MM do you have?
It's laggy for me as well. I already tried lowering the quality, with decreasing the resolution, and the bitrate, but the phone was still laggy while using the screenrecorder function.
I've tried many apps without luck, also tried using it with Shell, switching save paths thinking maybe the SDcard speed is the cause, but still no luck.
It records with about 5-6 fps, and the phone is also lagging while recording...

Its B550(spain final) and everything is working fine for me
I have the two versions working now and since I have read your post I have try several times but without any trouble for me.
My two device's was ALE-L21 single sim variant, one on B550 the second on B551. (The two was branded when I have buy it)

Maybe because I'm still at B525? I'm going to try and upgrade it to b551.

I tried the screen recorder right after updating to the official 6.0 version, and made no difference.
Do you mind if I ask you to upload some sort of short example to YouTube, what your phone records ?

It's it just me or others are getting Google play download error too all the time ? It says error connecting to the server with the error code, RSC: ..... Blah blah error?
I found the temporary work around by deleting the Google account and re signing it but it is again going back to normal throwing error while downloading any app from play store.
Net gurus said that it is because of the device code not matching up with the room installed, which could be because of nandroid backups that we are using. So to get rid of this, may be we require proper RUU for the dual aim English version mobile.
If anyone knows any permanent problem, please share us here. Thanks

I dont have vibration problems. But if you do and have xposed module installed, then find the module called "vibration for kk" or so from the list and then install it followed by activating it. Then it would probably works. From my observation so far, it is happening when the 816W rom is ported on either 816N or 816d model phones. Can anyone reconfirm, if this is right ?

For me it was NOT right. I have 816w China Unicom version with Sense 5.5 on board. I was trying to restore International version with Sense 6.0 from 2! different phones: from this post and from another site. I didn't see the exact mobile version here. But it was exactly 816w in the other place. And two times my vibro stopped working. As long as I understood, it is a regional problem (CIDs are different). International version is not designed for Chinese one.
I fixed it by installing KingSenseDS Six from this site. Now it works like a charm :victory:

I had the same problem when restored from another phone backup. The following steps helped me to solve the problem permanently:
1. Remove your Google account.
2. Go to Settings, open Apps.
3. Navigate to All apps.
4. Clear the data for the below mentioned processes: Download Manager, Google Play Store, Google Play Services, Google Services Framework.
5. Restart your phone.
6. Open Google Play Store, log in again.
7. Use it!

Yes! I'm talking about the ROM on this site. You can find it here. In contrary, this version IS designed for DUAL sim phones and has problems with one sim. In the beginning of installation you would need to chose the version of your phone and follow the instructions. They are on Chinese but visually understood (when you make a choice of desired apps to be installed... you need to UNcheck the boxes... so, you check what you want to be deleted from installation... And I'm speaking just about check boxes! NOT about choices you make with lines in front. In that case you need to "front line" your choice!). In fact, this ROM has Xposed installed (if you choose it in your installation). But vibro is working perfectly fine without any changes! :good:

or it will go all with English like any other devise ??
Hope to tell me it will go all with Eng so i will falsh it right away to my devise :victory:

When you will install the ROM you will be given a choice of apps to be installed (there are a lot of Chinese progs you can get rid of on this stage). So, you can check in QQPlayer, Stocks, TVPlayer... an so on (I don't remember the exact names) to avoid their installation.
As a result, when I switched the phones language to one I use after installation, I didn't have any item on Chinese. However, BlinkFeed still works with China... I couldn't change it. So, I just switched it off.

Dear dunia suboh, dont worry at all in installing this rom. After you install it with english language, you may come across few chinese apps should you not select them not to install. Use the /system/app delete or root app delete from the playstore to uninstall the chinese ones that are not of your interest. Then everything else will be in english and you can enjoy it.
Btw, try to change the default home page in the internet app too, so that you would not get directed to hucui hompage all the time. You will enjoy this rom. If not go for jacktackle's soulrom6, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2780507, which is completely devoid of chinese clutter.

How do I install the update
Hi,
I've just installed the leaked version of android 5.0 on my N9005 via CWM.
I found that it has lot of troubles. I can't silence the phone. If I try to record video with my camera the phone crash.
I want to know how do i install those updates that i found cause i love lollipop and i don't want to restore my CM11.
I downloaded the update file and in CWM i chose Install zip but the phone got freeze in the samsung logo at the beginning.

Which version are you flashing and whats your phone model?
In 0115 do a full wipe and just flash the zip, choose the option select by default and you are good to go (I have few bugs, but only video recording reboot is a major one).
I had lean kernel before but now after updating to this rom I have stock. I don't know but guess after you flash this rom you can flash what kernel you like.

Try full wipe and then flash 0115 version, record video not working yet but I guess it will be soon.
But that aside this rom is working great with a few tweaks from s5.
After flashing this rom it will take a few minutes to start (samsung logo boot) but no need to panic

On 5.0 lollipop theres no longer swipe between tabs.
Now you will find all open tabs in recent apps menu.

2. Click on TSP FW UPDATE (General) it shouldn't need a reboot
3. Make sure PARTS and PHONE show the same values

Also i would like to say that this is gonna help only if, once you are in the firmware page after dialing, the first two lines from top are displaying different values for part's and general firmware..

You have to be on a stock rom, there is an app that worked with my s5 to access those secret menus but i doubt it works with the s6

Worked for me!
I somehow got into this state on my T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 (N910T) when I flashed the latest TWRP (v3.0.2-0). At first I flashed the .img using my existing TWRP 2.8.7, but then I was unable to boot into recovery. I then used ODIN to flash the .tar version which worked. However, after rebooting into the system my touch was all messed up. Thankfully the stylus worked just fine so I was able to use that to use my phone until I found this thread.
I did *#2663# in the dialer, saw my versions didn't match and did the update as per the OP. Everything is back to normal now!
This fixed my screen glitch. You make me love the internet. I found this page only after several hours of searching.
I had tried to update to TWRP 3.0 with the Android app but selected the wrong device (Note 4 Edge instead of Note 4).

So I have the same inverted screen problem! Although mine is across the Y-axis... Touch the left and the button on the right gets clicked.
I'm SURE what did it was installing TWRP 3.0! And now I see someone else had the same cause!
But I have a G920P running 5.0.2. (and I'd like to keep my firmware where it is). What can I do!? HELP!
I had root, but I needed to install a recovery so I could install Xposed Framework so I could enable a module. And here we are...
Update: This issue was solved for me. TWRP still won't boot, but at least my touch issue is gone.
Bluetooth isn't working after updating to nougat from l29c185b320 emui 4.1 i so factory reset and everything nothing happend

Bluetooth isn't working after updating to nougat from l29c185b320 emui 4.1 i so factory reset and everything nothing happend

THIS is why I don't update right away. Not only on the Mate8, but I've seen countless threads on other boards with different manufacturers
having issues with 7 and bluetooth. Since I only use a BT headset, and stream to my vehicle, I can't be having problems with it, so, I
just stick with 6.

if you follow instructions well there will be no problem at all..

I have this same problem. This instruction working
1. Install TWRP -> Region EU
2. L29C432B521 , download file from https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=130785
a) Install update.zip
b) update_data_full_hw_eu.zip

I installed the Oreo rom from https://www.xda-developers.com/samsung-galaxy-note8-android-oreo-update.
So far so good however the assisted dialing settings are in effect and keep modifying my numbers when I dial them,
so I went on the phone settings to disable it (or change the country since I'm not in the US and the phone came from the US)
but the settings are grayed out and I can't change them!
Any ideas? (screenshot attached)

Hello, I have the exact same problem, but mine came out when I restored the phone to factory settings. Now I can't turn off assisted dialling. You find out how to fix yours.??

The solution was to install the unbranded international ROM, now the phone is perfect!

Has someone tested the rom posted by theplagueisback? I'm kind of nervous to do it as this is my first time doing this..

I have a solution.
You just need a Verizon (or just your native phone's carrier) sim card. Put it in, restart - voila! Settings are active. Change it to yours. Put your new sim card, restart and be happy!

That is not a solution. You can easily install EXDialer or any other dialer from Play Market and it will work like a charm. Or you can go with my solution above.

Just because you like to install carrier branded ROMs and third party dialers doesn't change the fact that a fresh unbranded ROM also takes care of the Verizon dial assistance crap,
plus really, install another app just to dial??? Posting your solution is absolutely fine, just let people decided for themselves.

If this is your first time then you really have to be careful, I knew what ROM to download for my phone and happened to finnd one that was
not carrier branded, in other words, clean android experience with no carrier tweaks, like the dialing assistance, if you are not confident
enough don't do it.
