Hellow XDA
I have rooted my device via kingroot and want to flash TWRP.
For some reason ADB is not working on my Win10 x64 PC. Can I flash it via Flashify? If so please provide me with the file.
I have stock ROM lollipop S051

I dont know about flashify, but Rashr works 100% for flashing recovery.

And here's the twrp for Lollipop

Open Rashr, go to flash revovery, choose twrp recovery image and done

I'm on 4.4.4 Original
I unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP 2.8.0.1 from their website.
Both via fastboot.
Now I need the latest SuperSu file to install this via TWRP.
I have this WUG Tool, too. But it wants to install a boot.img and twrp again.
I just want the latest supersu file.
Or do I have to let him install a boot.img over the original one?
When using the WUG Tool it should download the latest file dependencies for your device(boot.img/supersu/etc).
When using the "Unlock" option it will reboot into bootloader and then fastboot, flash custom boot.img and continue the process.
Have no fear as it will flash/install the latest twrp and supersu..

There are plenty of threads to answer your vague question.... But you have to be completely stock first.
So to be more specific, would I have to flash a stock recover, lose root and upgrade. Then root and flash twrp again?

That's right.
How about just flashing the OTA zip file in TWRP? That way you wouldn't lose data, right?
Could I upgrade to the latest twrp and is there a zip to flash?

Assuming you are on Android 5 (Lollipop) then things have changed and you need to use fastboot from a PC to install TWRP 2.8.1.0
That worked for me as I just upgraded my Nexus 5 with my Nexus 10 next on the list. Of note is that you need to root your device BEFORE installing TWRP due to some Android 5 specific changes. Chainfire's root fixes that issue with custom recoveries.
For example on my linux PC:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.1.0-xxxxxxx.img
All I did is flash the original 5.0 Lollipop release, then fastboot flashed TWRP and CFAR to get back root and done. Running the stock rom with TWRP and Root with no problems. I actually find this setup to run smother than the few ROMs that were created with options in them.

Where to get twrp installer.. on official twrp site there is only .IMG file for 3.1.1-0 available
The procedure you have explained is for twrp by Mohan 3.1.1-1 which doesn't seem to work fine for me

twrp 3.1.1-1 (by mohan) working perfect. Use twrp installer from this thread. First ensure that boot image is unmodified . Flash stock boot for your build number and then install twrp as stated above. Unmodified boot image must to install twrp. Then root with magisk to retain ota.

Only way to install a custom recovery on your phone is via Odin, manually flash it. You can find a quick tutorial in probably every TWRP tread for Samsung devices, and so you can in the TWRP thread for your device. You flash Magisk in TWRP

step 1, root your phone first if it's not rooted yet.
step 2, install "flashify" (from play store) to flash stock recovery or twrp.
