Touchwiz Dialer Formatting - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I installed a new rom and my Samsung Dialer is not adding dashes at all to any numbers.
I'm in Canada so our number formatting is the same as the US, ie +1-234-5678.
As small of an issue this seems, it's really bugging me and I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I have set my region to English (US).
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue With Icons In Main Menu

HI Team,
I am facing a very weird issue in my omnia 2 and would really be grateful if any of the experts here could help me sort this out. I have recently bought an omnia 2. In my Omnia 2 Samsung UI Main Menu Icons have lost their pics and i can see are the fonts. I was tweaking around with my phone when this stuff accidentally happened. On checking the phone it seems that i do have those icons and they work with any ui that i install but the pics of the icons just dont show up at all in the samsung UI main menu and in the others screen in that menu. If someone could help me rectify this without a flash it would really be great as I too want to know how do we rectify such issues on the phone.
Guys any help would be really appreciated. Even if someone can tell me where does the UI pick up the icons from it could be of great help

You dont have to flash. Create a backup with SPB backup to your storage card. Reset/Format and restore the backup.
You can spend more time explaining/trying or spend 1 hour and all is well.
See i will tell you whats the issue theoretically. In the registry there is a command given for the file which will show these icons. It might be missing there. All someone needs to help me is by telling me where is that string in the registry and what string should i replace it with. There are tons of expert modders out here who can help

Hebrew support for USA AT&T Galaxy S4 i337?

i tried searching the forums about this, when found nothing... posted this.
about 3 days ago i bought a Galaxy S4 i337 smartphone from AT&T. the phone is great and all but it seems to have a problem with Hebrew. no matter what i installed from Google store, firmwares or even just tried to change the settings - nothing works with hebrew. theres no hebrew UI and most importantly - it cannot send hebrew messages.
when i download a hebrew keyboard and try to send a message with the phone - it says "Message may be corrupted on recipient device change input mode to automatic".
what can i do to make this Galaxy S4 support hebrew? i figured it has something to do with the input code but i dont know how to change it to Cyrillic or unicode...
would appreciate the help cause i dont want to change here phone to HTC.
thanks in advance..

[Q] I lost my hebrew

Hi everyone,
I have a big problem, i don't know what happened, but suddenly the hebrew disapeared from my samsung keyboard. As usual, when I want to input hebrew text, i swype the space bar to switch to hebrew. And two days ago i had lost my hebrew keyboard and all was left was english(US) and french.
So I checked out the languages in the parameters. I still have the hebrew in the menu languages, as well as in the speech recognition from google, but it has disapeared from the input list of the samsung keyboard. actually I found it back in the trash of this list. So thinking I could restore it by downloading it again from the server if it was really deleted I emptied the trash, sadly nothing happened, no new language to download when updating from the server.
Has anyone got a clue ?
I guess hebrew is flagged as deleted somewhere in the parameter files, so it is no longer proposed to download.
Btw, my phone is a Galaxy S4, of course, GT-I9505 JDQ39.I9505XXUBMEA Android 4.2.2 rooted.
Thnks in advance to anyone who might help.

Number format on caller ID

Hey everyone. I'm having an issue and hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix it.
So, I flashed an international rom that I really like. I set everything up including installing all of my apps and tweaking all of the settings. But, I noticed that there is an issue when receiving an incoming call (I am in the US and am referring calls from US numbers). All of the calls are showing up like this: "+8005551000".
This appears to be rooted in the Android system itself and isn't just a setting I can change in the UI. So, I was hoping if someone knew of a way to change the format from "+8005551000" to the US style of "(800) 555-1000" on the caller id screen. If not, does anyone at least know where the source for this resides in the Android system? I think the rom developer would be willing to help me, but he isn't sure where to look for this functionality.
Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
shingy

Incorrect week number

S planner shows wrong week number. Any way to correct this?
In my case, changing language from English (US) to English (UK) fixed this (!). Looks to me like a bug, especially since I am dealing with Intel US doing patch install planning, it is very frustrating!
yes, came across the same issue on I9300 running kitkat, thanks for the tip
