Nexus Player Stuck in Bootloop - Nexus Player Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My NP's bootloader is unlocked with custom recovery installed.
I ran SuperSU last night and accidentally flashed custom recovery with "NORMAL" setting. I got an unsuccessful warning message. When I checked my NP the next day, it is in an endless boot loop. What can I do now?
My apologies if this has been asked countless of times.

Anyone?

But you can access to recovery?

Yes I can, what do I do after accessing recovery?

If you can acces to recovery, you can flash stock rom or maybe a custom...wich recovery do you have installed?

As long as you can get your Nexus Player to the bootloader screen, Nexus Root Toolkit can flash a factory image to get your device up and running. The instructions at https://support.google.com/androidtv/answer/6121450?hl=en explain how to access the bootloader.

Nexus won't boot properly after flash

Hey guys, I flashed SmoothRom via that app goo.im, and when I did it, it said that I needed a compatible recovery, so I flashed the one that it recomended. Well I flashed the rom, and now my Tablet won't boot properly. I can get it to fastboot, but even when I try to flash a recovery from fastboot, it gets stuck at the boot screen (Yes my bootloader is unlocked). I've been trying to use the Nexus 7 toolkit to flash the recovery, and it is saying that it is flashing successfully, but I still cannot boot into recovery. Any ideas? I know I'm not totally bricked cause I can still get into fastboot, I just need recovery to work so that I can flash a new rom and fix this issue!
Fixed it! Just flashed the stock recovery, wen't back into fastboot and flashed CWM. Mod's you can delete this thread now

[Solved] I can't get into recovery mode mannually [but I can, using softwares]

Hey all,
I just got my nexus 7 wifi, rooted using Wug's tool kit, installed TWR latest version and installed CM Rom.
The problem I'm facing is that when I want to boot into recovery mannually, i.e. powering on the device with holding volume down and up, I succeed into booting to the bootloader. However, when I choose the reovery Mode option, the nexus enters into a boot loop [ if that's what you call it ].
Yet if I use the toolkit, or use the commands in software like goo or ROM managers to boot to recovery, the phone does boot into recovery.
So I'm fine for now, but if anything goes wrong in future, I will get stuck. I tried, but Even the toolkit couldn't get the nexus into the recovery mode when it's in bootloader. It has to be open, and Not in File transfer mode.
I'm very noob in these things, so I would really appreciate you explaining in simple terms.
Thanks in advance.
Update to latest bootloader version 4.23 then erase and reinstall TWRP.
Thanks, I did update I can boot via bootloader now.

Stuck at X logo

I recently just picked up a nexus 4 and i'm trying to get a custom ROM on it. I updated it to 4.3 and that was fine. Went to install custom recovery and every since it will not boot! I've reverted to factory 4.3 using fastboot, and relocked it and locked it but still will not boot. It gets stuck at the X logo. Left it for an hour and won't get past it. If i install a custom recovery, it'll boot into the custom recovery no problem, but won't install root as it can't mount the SD card. I can get to fastboot mode no problem and flash stuff in fastboot but will never boot up. I'm puzzled as to what to do. I'm going to try 4.2.2 factory image here shortly and see if i can get it to take. I forgot to enable USB debugging so i think thats why i can't get custom recoveries to work. I tried pushing a ROM using ADB push but it wouldn't get there. Maybe it did as it said it did on the computer but the recovery won't read the memory. Any ideas as to what to do
UPDATE: Ok after flashing stock 4.2.2 from fastboot it boots.
UPDATE: turns out just having USB debugging was the culprit of everything. So make sure USB debugging is enabled before starting the whole process!

[Q] Nexus 7, 4.4, Teamwin Recovery, Unlocked bootloader

So i have an original Nexus 7, Which has an unlocked bootloader, teamwin recovery v2.6 and completely stock apart from cereberus flashed in recovery.
I am currently in an area where i have very very limited access to internet for 10 days, so am slightly frustrated about that....
4.4 updated downloaded overnight before i travelled and i noticed once i arrived it was ready for install. I let the update go through, and teamwin recovery asked if i want to fix the superuser permissions, to which i said yes.
The N7 rebooted and has been stuck on the spinning circles since then.
I have access to the boot loader and to the recovery but it appears i have USB debug switched off so cannot acces it with adb
I tried a factory reset from recovery but this hasn't helped
Is there a way to get a ROM onto it so i can flash it from recovery, the start from scratch?
Or have a royally screwed it?

Help Needed: Phone stuck on Motorola's warning screen.

Ok so recently I was backing up and wiping my phone as a procedure I do every couple of months to make sure everything's up-to-date.
But when I tried to boot into it this time, it got stuck on Motorola's unlocked bootloader screen and won't boot into recovery mode or turn off.
Everytime I try to turn it off, it reboots to said screen and gets stuck. My previous root was phh's Superuser, and I was upgrading it to Magisk's root.
I was also upgrading twrp 3.0.0 athene to twrp 3.1.1.
Currently I have the stock firmware downloaded from AndroidSages and the OTA Update pulled from my phone, as well as all the files stated above.
All I'm trying to do is boot into recovery mode, as I can make my way from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hold power and volume down for 2-5mins it will boot into bootloader from there you can boot into recovery or flash the stock rom
ADB will not work unless you are booted into bootloader or the os

That's the issue, it's not booting into recovery mode. If I could boot into TWRP I could push the stock firmware to the phone and I think I'd be all well and good.
What seems to be happening is that because the warning message comes before the phone can boot into recovery mode I can't boot into recovery mode.
That advice would be more helpful for someone with a different issue.

So you saying you can boot into bootloader
If yes then try reflashing the twrp
Or just boot recovery using fast boot
fastboot boot recovery twrp.img
Try the older version

Maybe I wasn't being clear the first time but here's a vidual interpretation. The issue I'm having is that I can't boot into the bootloader, if I could I'd do what you said.
A Proper Load: Device Powers On > Motorola Boot Warning > Bootloader/Recovery/Normal Boot
My Issue: Device Powers On > Motorola Boot Warning [Freeze]
Somehow it fixed itself. All I did was reinstall Android Studio and the Android SDK and it work.
ADB wasn't showing any devices before the install, but now it is.
In case this happens in the future, can someone figure out what the hell happened?
Now that issue is solved, my wifi seems to not be working. From the moment I booted into the stock rom I haven't been able to connect/view any wifi networks.
