Bose support was useless for me with this issue. They told me there was no way to use an IOS Bose headset.
I searched on eBay & found a seller which sold an Android cable which worked. Just unplugged the old cable & plugged in the Android cable.
Good luck - be patient - search hard & ask the seller for confirmation.

Hmmmm - I'm a bit confused now looking up info on QuietComfort 25. Specs say the cable is compatible with both Android & IPhone.
My experience has been with needing a different cable for the Bose SoundTrue to work with Samsung Android.
I'll try to check my QuietComfort 25 & see if I have in-line remote mic with it. If I do, I'll try it in my S7e

Got my 920!!! Remember to tell reps about wireless charger they had no idea!!

So far so good, it seems to be more slick feeling than my 900. The weight feels relatively close so anyone that has had a 900 won't feel a difference. So far so good I haven't set it up yet because I need to sync my music on my work PC right quick.
Differences
The Black Color is very slick in hand compared to others.
Have you tried Bluetooth audio media streaming? I had problems with my 8x prerelease model

I mentioned the charger, but they didnt have any in stock. They did have the coupon code for it, so they took $50 off the phone price and then I did a 2nd purchase for $50 for the charger and they will mail it to my house. I got an email a few minutes ago saying it has shipped already.

Buying my first Android Stick copmuters

What do you all think of the below items I'm getting.
iMito MX1 MiniPC
RC12 Air Mouse/Keyboard
Logitech C310 webcam
Belkin USB 2.0 4-Port Ultra-Mini Hub
Anyone suggest other accessories?
You may want to consider a USB Ethernet adapter unless you are pretty sure you will have an optimal WiFi signal.
Something like this would be a great USB Stick accessory:
3 port USB hub and 10/100 ethernet
http://dx.com/p/usb-1-1-10-100mbps-ethernet-3-usb-2-0-ports-hub-adapter-white-10cm-125259
(I know I keep linking to dx.com, but I am not a plant. I have no relation with DX, except that I have ordered from them in the past.)
I have the mx2. Will the hubs work to add more devices to this? I'd like to run a HDD as well as the rc12 remote from the same USB port. For some reason my mini USB port is very delicate and I have to wiggle the wire for the mx2 to.pick it up

Thanks for the recommendation, but I will have the MX2 within 3 feet of the router. However I may need something like this when I move to a new place.

I'm assuming it will. My Transformer prime detects multiple devices through an unpowered USB hub.

Whats the main different between the iMoto vs. the MK series. and for the usb hub/splitter, is there any specific brand I should be aware of? Or will they all work regardless? I am asking because my nearby dollarstore have spliiter for like $2, and dx selling for $11.90

I just used a usb hub I had lying around. When I get home I check out the model name. I'm buying an extra USB hub for my iMito form a different manufacturer and I'm just assuming that it will work.

[Q] Samsung G S5 & Pioneer Z150bh ARunchained

Hi Guys,
I've unfortunately spent quite a bit of money on purchasing a Pioneer Z150bh and a Samsung Galaxy S5.
Does anyone know if I can use app radio unchained to have my pioneer z150bh mirror and give me full control of my Samsung GS5?
All I can find are Pioneer App radios (not my z150) and/or Samsung GS4... *not GS5)
I have done hours of online research and have not found anything specific to this. If I cannot accomplish this, I'm going to just return everything and try to get my money back
All I want to know is
1. Is it currently able to do this?
2. Which cable is required?
3. A link to how to accomplish this?
4. Where do I send this box of chocolate cookies too if you answered the above questions?
Thank you people who are smarter than me.....
Cheers,
Sam
Yes you can! I've done it with my LG Optimus g pro. You need an MHL adapter along with a Samsung 5 pin to 11 pin adapter, HDMI cable, micro USB cable, and ARUNchained installed on your phone. Message me back and we can exchange phone numbers and I'll walk you through it.

anyone find a usb-c headphone adaptor??

I bought a few USB c headphone adaptors but none of them work. Just wondering if anyone's had luck.
Links are appreciated!!
I've been using the one that was in the box with no trouble. Did you lose or break yours, or just want a second? Unfortunately there's not really a standard for audio over usb-c
At one Reddit AMA someone from essential told me that the one google is selling works

I've been using the Google one, but the gain on the microphone is really high. The Essential one is much better. Anybody know who makes it, or if Essential will sell additional ones separately?

I did, there is bt volume there however it doesn't seem to change a thing maybe a software bug?
What kind of radio did you buy? I am interested in head units but European prices are ridiculous, often 300-500 euro.
I am looking for something cheaper which would be customizable by installing apps from Google Play or mods from XDA. Generally the best if had same possibilities to mod as phone.
I do not care about sound because car is not a philharmonic place to do so, so "normal" quality is good too
Is there something what I want or I have to pay 500 eur because I have too high requirements for Chinese Head Unit?
When you say lowest volume, is it volume of the phone or head unit? Did you try to adjust both? If that doesn't work try reflashing MCU file. Nothing else comes to my mind.

I think when people say that they mean it was designed in China as well
