Dear All,
I use following before/after I install any NAND Andriod,
1. Always wipe data/cache/delvik
2. Do a fix permission immediately after install with the CWM
3. Setup the phone only with Google account and let it restore settings and apps
4. Reboot
5. Use Market Enabler to set to Verizon US
6. Download all restricted apps, GMail, Skype etc etc ...
7. Set all other accounts like cooperate mail, Skype, FB etc etc ...
8. Wait all sync to finish
9. Reboot
10. Set my preferred themes
11. Reboot
I do the above steps all the time. Never do backup/restore except for Google own app/setting restore. I do not have a single issue with my phone and Android ever since.
These are my best practices. Hope somebody get benefited.

Hello, after Android 5.0.2 update (MIUI 7) I have found the Google play services is falling down and it is impossible to update it. Then in my device I tried to remove and recreate my google account, but once I removed it, it is impossible to create it again, because of wrong communication with google server.
I can approach to my account via computer, but I am unable to do anything with missing google account there. My device looks inactive (in the device). I tried to delete the Google Play Services (even with google play and other google application), download it from computer and install it again (google android gms v8.1.15. 8.3.00, 8.3.01) but withouyt any effect.
Do you someone know what I can do (except factory reset) to get my google account back to my cell phone?

Hi Vitr X,
Just download the package, put in on your SD card and rename it "update.zip"
Once it's done power off your phone.
Keep pressing the volume up button and power on your phone, you'll enter into the recovery .
If you have a special recovery just look for your update.zip file and install it from the recovery , if you are on the MIUI recovery just select "install update" (if I remember well...)

I just got my Nubia Z11 6GB +128GB Model and managed to get TWRP, Root, Viper4Android Gapps +Busybox on it
i bricked it once while figuring this out so thought id save anyone else who has this phone the trouble! (this should work with 4GB + 64GB model also)
all this info is from the Nubia forum which is in Chinese, with the help of some mates we were able to create an account on their and save the files, it was not easy as to create an account you need a Chinese mobile number for verification purposes so don't bother trying to create an account,

i will monitor it for any updates/custom roms/kernels/mods and provide them here as there is no English support for our device!
How To Install TWRP
Step 1. connect phone to your pc and choose "charging only" and install the drivers that the phone comes with on your PC
Step 2. download this package " https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_5JyLpmnOLKYjVhbTV2Y1B6WUU/view?usp=sharing " thats a mirror from my google drive a 2nd link is available here http://www.androidbrick.com/download/z11-nx531j-twrp-3-0-2-0-zip-root/
Step 3. on the phone type in *#7678# in the keypad and enable both options,
Step 4.run the EXE program in that zip and select option 1 (this will install qualcomm drivers)
Step 5. select option 2 and let it do its thing (this installs TWRP and your phone will then boot into TWRP)
TO ROOT CONTINUE ON -DO NOT USE ONE CLICK ROOT OR FLASH SUPERSU OR YOU WILL BRICK YOUR PHONE
Step 6. reboot your phone and boot into TWRP
Step 7. select advance then there is an option called stalence tools, select that and you can root/unroot the phone through there

Step 1. Dont bother flashing normal gapps available or manually pushing google services + play store to /system or priv-app as this will not work... trust me i spent days trying to get this to work...

I performed the following steps for a clean install which fixed a few issues for me
1.place zip on Internal storage as STOCK recovery didnt read my ext sd
2. Perform all backups required
3. Boot to twrp and wipe dalvik cache, cache, data, system
3. In twrp go to >advance>stalence tools>stock recovery
4. In stock recovery choose update and select this file
5. Once rebooted reflash twrp via above tool + root + flash gaaps and your good as gold

Hey mate,
Once u install it make sure you give it permissions to contacts then restart and try.

i assume the gaaps should work but not sure for twrp the tool does say "Nubia Z11" and doesnt specify a model?
if someone is willing to try and confirm for me that would be great
i found a tool ill add to the OP called "Nubia Recovery Tool"its in Chinese but you put your phone in download mode and select nubia emergency recovery and it flashes lastest stock firmware (works for ALL nubia models from z9 to z11) ill upload that tonight so if someone wants to try it they can flash back to stock incase they have issues:good:

i dont think you can install the recovery seperately.. you will have to reflash stock ROM
i am downloading it as we speak

If you are not getting nougat OTA's, roll back to B197 with HiSuite. If you can't roll back with HiSuite, use DC-Phoenix. It costs 15 bucks, but it works. Then update with all OTA's until you get to B368 (I think) it is. Then, follow this;

This process doesn't require any root and it takes a total of 20 minutes or so. Since my Mate 8 and didn't want to root so quickly, I followed this procedure. And it worked. Now Mate 8 is butter smooth. It is really worth. My mate 8 is different model than yours so I dont know if you can do the same process but you can try and see if it works out for you. Hope I explained properly and hope you succeed.

Step by Step Guide
1.
Download these 3 files (update.zip, update_data_full_cmcc_cn.zip, supersu_v2.79_sr2.zip)
1.1- http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1255/g104/v71280/f1/full/update.zip
1.2- http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...80/f1/full/all/cn/update_data_full_all_cn.zip
1.3- http://www.sillanwali.com/downloads/supersu_v2.79_sr2.zip

Copy these 3 files (update.zip, update_data_full_cmcc_cn.zip, update_data_full_all_cn.zip) into SD Card
3-
Download TWRP Recovery 3.0.2-0

adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery (PATH-TO)\twrp-3.0.2-0-next.img
5-
5.1- Reboot your phone to TWRP then choose Wipe > format > type Yes
5.2- Back again, then wipe (data, dalvik, cache, system)
5.3- Don't reboot after install
6-
Install
6.1- supersu_v2.79_sr2.zip (Don't reboot after install)
6.2- update.zip (Don't reboot after install)
ignore unmounting \cust, userdata, system error
6.3- update_data_full_all_cn.zip (Reboot when success)
7-
Factory Reset after success 100%. After that you will get NXT-AL10C17B573 (Official) Stock Firmware.
8-
HiSuite
8.1- Download HiSuite (http://consumer.huawei.com/minisite/HiSuite_en/index.html)
8.2- Install HiSuite on your Computer
9-
Download apk & Install Apps using HiSuite
9.1- Google Play Store

9.2- Google Play Services

NXT-L29C432B521 available
This is an early build of EMUI 5.0 for Huawei Mate. That’s why it appears to be having issues with Bluetooth, Keyboard input, Permissions, Notifications, Dual SIM Option and SIM compatibility, among other bugs.
You'd to wait for Official Stable Version.

here is my own workaroud to setup google service on CN firmware 2.30.
Maybe its working for newer Firmware, but its not tested.
Plese test it, and give a feedback in this tread.
If ur device already installed any of this parts, please uninstall all of them before starting.
1. Download and install "Google Services Framework 10-5771379" DOWNLOAD
2. Download and install "Google Account Manager 7.1.2" DOWNLOAD
3. Download and install "Google Play services 19.8.26 (120400-280228837) beta (120400)" DOWNLOAD
4. Download and install "Google Contacts Sync 10-5771379" DOWNLOAD
5. Download and install "Google Calendar Sync 6.0.44-267540251" DOWNLOAD
6. Download and install "Google Play Store 19.3.36" DOWNLOAD
At least u can setup ur google account in ur device settings > other account > google.

Can confirm that the fix for cn rom for Google play is 19-3-36 it's all you need
In this Rwd Magic 5G CN,is already preinstalled Google Play service,,so no need to install GMS again
Just install playstore apk,etc
I am running official cn rom 2.55.
just install the apk number 6. and go !!! :laugh:
Yeah but installing just PlayStore isn't enough to get Calendar and Contacts to sync, those are important ones to install FYI if you have your contacts saved with Google and Calendar as well.
