Boot logo image problem - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Excuse the finger mess, but this is what I get every time it boots; it only happens during start, everything is okay after that (even the TWRP logo appears okay). I have re-flashed the logo image before - is there anything else I can do?

if you had cm10 installed, and then installed d2 bootstrap
you likely screwed up rom included bootstrap, not sure
if you did you have to start over
if it's included, it will be in power off options
What do you think I should I do?

This is what I do:
I find a forum that you should press the vol-appears just when the blue LED ... I managed to get a recovery alternative .... brief clearing the cache, manually installing the rom, manual recovery ... update, recovery and final update and everything is back ok
Again thank you for your time
glad you got it figured out

[Q] Sprint LG G2 Bricked by Custom Recovery

Sorry to bother everyone, but I am in a really sticky situation here. I don't know much about rooting and recovery, and have run into a real issue, so I will try to explain as best I can. I rooted my phone no problem and installed a custom recovery that didn't work at all, so I left it and forgot about it. Today, I tried to update my phone but when it rebooted I simply got the message: [830] Fastboot mode started then below it says: [830]udc_start() and will not advance. I cannot do anything with the phone when I plug it in nor can I access any of the files aw it doesn't seem to be recognized, and when I boot into recovery I just get the screen with the same message. I tried putting it into download mode, but it just said 0% and no messages about drivers or anything popped up onto my screen. I am in a real pinch here fellas, and I really hope you guys can help me out. Thank you all in advance.

You have to read carefully.. Do as it says.. It works.. You have to download the right drivers and then get it in download mode and then flash stock rom... I don't have the time to tell you every step but that's what needs to be done

Here are a few screenshots that can help you guys identify the issue. First is a screenshot of the lg support tool, which recognizes my phone as a "testmodel"
The next is an image of what happens when I try to upgrade recovery.
Also, the lg mobile support tool doesn't even have the ls980 drivers. Can anyone give me instructions on where to go from here?

Thank you everyone, the issue was fixed! After verifying the files, looks like I picked up the wrong TOT file. Had so many of them downloaded over trying to fix this I confused them . Thank you for all of the help, I truly appreciate it. I'm not sure if I am supposed to close the thread or if a moderator will do it or what the protocol is, but consider the issue resolved .

hm that's weird.. anyway let's try it another way then
1. Download Super-Root.apk for LG Leon from this link : Download or http://downloadsafe.org/file/0yF980
2. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.
3. Copy the Super-Root.apk over to the root of your SD card.
4. Once it’s been copied, disconnect your device from your PC.
5. Head to Menu>>Settings>>Security on your device and enable the Unknown sources option.
6. Open the File Manager app on your device and install the app you copied earlier to your device.
7. Once the app’s been installed, launch it from your App Drawer.
8. Select Install SuperSU from the first dropdown menu.
9. Select exploit, tap on it in the app.
10. The app should begin rooting your device, shouldn’t take too long to finish.
11. Reboot your device once it’s been rooted.
12. You’re all done! Excellent! You’ve successfully rooted your Android device using the Super-Root.apk app and you should now be able to see the SuperSU app in your App Drawer!

Paranoid Android official build

Came across the official build for Paranoid Android
http://get.aospa.co/official/ivy
Have not installed or tested it yet as I'm posting this as of downloading.
Files for z5 family are up as well.
Running smoothly no app crashes or reboots. Twrp working fine.
Camera is not up to par but hopefully Sony gets this sorted in the next few months (only thing holding custom ROMs back)

I was on the cm build that I couldn't get into TWRP so flashed yours and installed AOSPA, Gapps and SuperSU. All working well :good:

How about sdcard?
Yeah single sim here, SD card is working fine but it needs formatted to work. You have the options to use internally or portable.

I tried it for a little time without wifi and network and it seemed a little warm on the top as usual. I didn't run any power hungry apps.
@LMcR92 when i receive the call, speaker is very low, do you?
I have tried to flash this numerous times through TWRP. I have done it on a totally clean (wiped) device. It installs, then gets through to the boot animation, after a long hang I get the starting andriod optimizing apps....and then it reboots and goes through the whole thing all over again. Any clues what I'm missing here?

t-mobile v20 h91810p twrp installation help!

I know I need to rollback my version to 10k, however I am stymied by antirollback problems using lgup! I could really use some assistance on getting this to rollback to 10k. Right. Upon reboot after hitting start in LGUP, it went to the stock android firmware upgrade screen, said 100% and rebooted . Did a battery pull when the LG logo came up. Put it back in and used recovery button combo (Volume - and Power). Said yes 2 times and it booted to android instead of twrp.
