How I can go back to Cyanogen OS from CM13?
Got the Cyanogen-Recovery and need to go back...
Thanks
Also interested. Seems cyanogen OS is nowadays a better option than cyanogen OS.
Any suggest with this changing?
How did you get cyanogen recovery back I've got my cyanogen os backed up and I've restored but I couldn't get cyanogen recovery back
Theres a tool for full stock process here ... But you can try it by yourself

Hi! I just changed my rom from MIUI to CM9(ICS, 4.0.3) but after i install using recovery mod it stays on the booting screens and doesn't want to start normally. I noticed that clockwork mod has dissapeared and it will only show the "stock" recovery. Is there any chance to make my current rom work? or can I install another rom using the stock recovery?
Please help
Looks like i managed to make the phone work by full wiping from custom recovery. I'll definitely go back to CM 7.1...
kernel
i think u'll need to flash the cm9 kernel for CM9 work. otherwise flash the cm9 builds from Epsylon or Quarx - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1432100
I got bored today and decided to pull out the old N7, 2012 version. I update recovery to TWRP 2.8.7.0, installed CM 12.1, realized this tablet crawls with any version of Android other than shipped version, so I went and got CM 10 and GApps for JB, wiped and flashed them back on. I didn't see any errors when flashing them, but when rebooting after, it just boot loops. I see the Google logo with the unlocked icon at bottom, then reboot and back to Google/unlocked again. So I wipe and reflash cm12.1 and it's GApps and all boots and works fine, other than being slow. I'm assuming the recovery is the problem as I've run into something similar before on another device, but in that case, the recovery was too old and needed updated, but it makes sense that a recovery could be too new as well.
Am I correct that the recovery is the problem? If so, what should I run for CM 10 to flash and work?
Try cwm recovery

I don't' know if it was using CWM or that I also tried CM 10.2 at the same time, but it's working now. On CyanogenMod's own page, there was no MD5 for CM10, but there was for CM10.2, so it's possible my copy of CM10 was a bad download. Either way, it's working now, so thank you good sir, or madam, or person on no specific gender.
Hi. Can someone write down below with all links and info how to install official cm13 nightly on our Storm?
btw recovery says this device is crackling, rom is for kipper.
AFAIK crackling is swift and kipper is storm.
Can someone Help me?
OK cm13 installed, but i have problem with issufient storage when trying to install g-apps or c-apps anybody help me?
And how to revert back to COS 12.1.1?
i have to say i have no idea xD. i recently droped my lg g3 in a bucket of water. got it out stripped it, and hopefully it be okay xD. but if not i been looking at a wileyfox
aaanyway, reverting back! (im guessing here) you have your self twrp? or something installed on the device in order to flash gapps. i cant say as i dont have a phone if TWRP is something installable on the phone. but i would have suggested making a backup before you flashed p: AAAAANNNYWAY!
i would suggest doing a factory reset, swipe to wipe , and then flashing Cos 12 and its respected files to go back.
Flash stock recovery or nightly cm12.1 recovery

Have a look at:

Use a smaller set of GAPPS. Mini or less. as long as you can get the store working you can install any missing ones you want.
Hi Guys,
OK so I've this weird problem with my Yureka. I'd flashed it with MIUI 6 sometime back following this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/yureka/development/rom-miui-v5-2-27-yureka-t3043035
It works absolutely fine. But I'm unable to go back to my stock ROM (tried using Nandroid backup). Also, I've tried flashing it with official CM ROM from their website. But every time it gets stuck on YU logo screen.
However, if I flash it again with the same MIUI 6 ROM, it works like a charm. Help is much appreciated
try wiping system from twrp and flash any other rom
Hey y'all, I've been away from the development community and tinkering with this device, work and life got in the way. I've been running a custom rom (sky dragon) and I believe it's based off 9.013 Android for over a year now. It's a great custom rom but it's time for something different.
I'd like to flash the latest and greatest stock oxygen OS which is now Android v10. Being a longtime pixel user, I'm very comfortable updating via fastboot. I was wondering if I downloaded the full ROM from oneplus' website and used the flash-all. bat method if that would be a smooth way to cleanflash the device. I'll make sure to back up everything I need so wiping the device entirely is no issue.
Thanks!
I personally prefer the Fastboot ROMs it will do both slots at once.

can I flash the latest stock fastboot ROM coming from Android 9 though?
You'll have to choose reset everything option in the factory recovery for it to boot (under advanced IIRC) to get it to boot. Otherwise it will most likely just keep booting to recovery. Thats what happens when you go from a custom ROM to a OOS too.

I figured it wouldn't be a smooth process!!! So if I fastboot flash the latest Android 10 build from a custom Android 9, I'll boot loop into recovery but choosing "reset everything" should allow me to boot into the OS? I'll give it a shot! thanks.
