Does anyone know how to make the status bar like the S6 or S7? So that the percentage of the battery is bigger and that it got the new Touchwiz version status bar icons?
Or can I edit some xml files to make it like the picture below?
EDIT: Can I extract some icon files/system ui files from a Galaxy S6 or S7 firmware and put them in the regular stock S5 firmware?
Example like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Anyone?
Flashing a s6/s7 ported custom rom will be your best bet

Or you can use my flash gadgets on throttle:

"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

Hi. I just want to ask, how to fix the blurred Wi-Fi icon in I9301? I know, it's a small detail, but it really bugs me. Also, the signal and battery icons aren't straight relative to each other. The battery icon is placed higher and it doesn't look very good. Here's an related screenshot :
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

I tried to replace the wifi pngs from GS4's SystemUI to our device, but they're the same, the problem lies in the XMLs I think.
I was using Samsung Galaxy S4 JellyBean before; there the apps notification was white on black, hence easily readable.
Now I just switched to Samsung Galaxy S5 Lollipop, stock TouchWiz, the apps notification, e.g., from Opera Mini, Colornote etc., is unfortunately black on dark gray; it is difficult to read. (See image below).
Is there any settings or fix that I can apply to improve the readability of the notification?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hello,
I am using the newest Android for my Note 4 which is 5.1.1 and I am running on stock based rom SimplRom v5. I have never liked the Samsung statusbar icons and I was wondering if it is possible to change them. The most important for me is battery icon, but I would love to change all possible.
I would love to change these icons for the Xperia icons, which for example looks like that:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So is this even possible? Maybe they can be converted somehow and then flashed as .zip file from recovery?
My best regards
Viarus
Maybe I'm just insane, but it seems like the Samsung Emojis don't even show the same emotion as default Emojis.
This is so infuriating.
Example:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
i think 100% will agree that Samsung emoji are just horrible. can be changed only with root access sadly
I saw some tutorials on youtube how to change emojis on samsung via system font without changing keyboard and leaving the font stock. But it's not wokring on my S8...
